How long does it usually take before a girl loses interest if you don't hit her up?

So my wing and I made out with these two foreign exchange chicks like a couple weeks ago. Got her number but never hit her up and my wing hung out with them last week.

He tells me that she said she wants to have a 3some with me and another girl but problem is I'm out of town for the next two.

Should I make an effort to capitalize over the weekdays (difficult)? Or hope she's still down in three weeks? How long between "dates" are girls usually down?

Also what's a good idea for a weekday date if I go that route?

1) depends on your game. If you make a powerful impression, then you have lots of time, provided you keep the fire going. If it's a weak number, maybe two days

2) depends on your girl, your game, your life, her life, etc

College girl might be down for some craziness, but a working chick a dessert (no coffee) might be better.

Stripper chick might need something fun but you might not want to introduce alcohol, so you can screen for crazy versus dtf.

You can't really give " tips and tricks" to big topics.

Directly related to the impression you gave and how much value see thinks you have.

You could not talk to a girl in a year and then have her over to bang within minutes (has happened)

or

You could go to the bar after making out and come back and she has lost interest ( unfortunately also has happened)

My advice would be you miss all the shots you don't take. Go for it as soon as soon as it suits YOUR schedule and move on if it doesn't pan out.
