Roosh's Travelling Fitness Plan?

Roosh's Travelling Fitness Plan?

Roosh seems pretty athletic; he mentioned doing 26 pull-ups. How does he manage, especially while travelling?

He rides a bike in D.C. and probably walks everywhere overseas. He mentioned P90X, which involves a lot of pull-ups. But he also mentioned power cleans and deadlifts. The guy is not afraid of hard work. He must have joined a gym in Poland. So how does Roosh stay in shape while travelling, writing, moderating, sculpting, and playing music?

Roosh does not do P90X.

Primarily, Roosh does not overeat. Even if Roosh does not go to the gym, he will not get fat.

Secondly, Roosh weightlifts. He does not do cardio (anymore). Usually Roosh does 4 weeks on and then 4 weeks off. His mild anemia prevents him from constantly weightlifting.

Have you seen Pierre Woodman? Jacked.

Building a good physique is hell with bodyweight exercises, but maintenance isn't. Pushups, pullups, dips, squats and lunges, combined with a hearty but junk-free diet can keep you toned and muscular.

The fatties who say "oh how do you stay so thin?!" are always going to town on sugary yogurts, donuts, white bread, sodas and pizza at every possible opportunity.

Breakfast:
-2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
-Apple

Lunch:
-Two pita bread and cheese sandwiches
-Banana
-Mixture of raisins, almonds, walnuts, cashews, and peanuts (depending on what is locally available)
-Cup of earl grey tea

Dinner:
-Chicken and rice dish with mushrooms, carrot, tomato, and wildcard vegetable (broccoli, spinach, or zucchini)

Snack:
-2 chocolate chip cookies or trail mix bar

If I'm lifting, I add a fourth meal:
-Trail mix bar
-Two egg sandwich with cheese

I have a few dinners in the rotation but they are usually consistent with meat + starch + lots of vegetables.

I'd disagree, maybe I'm an exception, but I've been doing a regiment of just body weight exercises + deadlifts for about a month with good results. Arms, chest, back and legs have all gotten bigger and more defined.

What up Roosh, you're not down with the Polish Sausage? Haha, but for real, how's the local food there, I'd imagine it's not that great... or healthy for that matter...?

You need to find yourself a nice Persian girl over there to cook you some gormeh sabzi.

Does Roosh ingest any supplements in order to Roosh-up his muscles?

Chicks need to be on rotation like a Netflix queue

I'm glad this subject's come up because, ever since seeing that picture of Roosh shirtless (no homo) on the About page of RooshV (an image which now's been replaced), I wondered if Roosh ate red meat or pork.

Another question is whether Roosh ever indulges in any kind of junk food and, if so, what?

Local food is fine. Decent variety at the large supermarkets. Fresh meats, vegetables, and cheeses.

Hah. Roosh crossed Persian girls off my list a long time ago.

Nope, nothing. Roosh likes growing slowly. Roosh finds that the slower he grows, the less likely he'll deflate when he takes a break from the gym.

Sometimes at home Roosh cooks cheeseburgers, and occasionally a late-night gyro after a failed night in the club. If Roosh meets a girl, he does not have gyro because that delays the sex act.
