i believe that anyone can have a great body at any age, male or female, while eating plenty and never being hungry. it comes down to two things:

1) exercise. this mostly means proper, efficient weight training, but you can throw in some high-intensity training and yoga if you want.

2) a proper diet. possibly the worst fallacy we spread on the manosphere is the idea that women need to eat less to control their weight. they don't need to eat less, they need to put down the starbucks and cupcakes, eat better, and lift like a man. being hungry is counterproductive, harmful, and discourages people from trying to better themselves and lose weight.

I've had like girls who used to be fat and now are skinny. Unfortunately, it's just not the same. This one girl I was seeing, you'd see her at the gym and go "OMG". The issue is however, when you actually touch her, you'll notice that "something" is not right. The skin just wasn't tight at all.

So no, I dont think that a fat girl can ever have a good body, even if they go back to "normal"

saggy skin on belly and inner thighs will not go away without plastic surgery. Clothes may do a good job hiding this but it's there if you ever get her naked. There is also the possibility of wider hips from her bone structure morphing when she gained weight, that will never shrink back even if the weight is lost.
