I'll have a few weeks off in January and will consider going to Eastern Europe as the winter has been quite mild across Europe. How should it be in general with exams during this time? I know that exam sessions are usually in Jan or Feb but I don't know how streamlined this is across degrees or how much it will affect the pussy flow.

You won't notice a big difference in most cities, perhaps a bit in student heavy cities and even there I doubt it.

Biggest limiting factor in winter months is day-game approaches. When it's freezing, fewer girls are on the streets and fewer are open to having a nice chat in the snow / rain.
