Travelling the World while staying in Great Shape

This is a topic that concerns me and I'm sure that for you too

How to travel the world and at the same time stay in great physical shape?

This guy Mario is the expert related to this topic , how a perpetual traveller can stay in great shape and even improve wherever he goes..

Do you know any other resources related to this topic? How do you manage yourself this aspect?

Out of all the possible solutions to this problem, you found a guy whose video has 295 views? Do you know him personally? Or are you him? How did you find him? Why is he an "expert"?

It's all about the quality of the content he provides, not the "quantity"...So Mike Chang from sic pack shortcuts should me more reliable just because he has more views?

I found the channel thanks to a friend who is starting to travel all around the world.

Those who watch the videos of Mario will realise that his content has great quality...something strange in the fitness industry, which is full of bulls***

Guy with a Portuguese flag on his 8 post account makes a link to a "fitness guru" who himself has a Portuguese accent.

Almost half way in and he recommended getting a place with a kitchen located near a gym. That's 5 minutes of my life I'm never going to get back.

I've been "working on" an ebook for location independent strength training with minimal equipment for a couple years now.

It's threads like these that remind me to get off my ass and get it done.

“I have a very simple rule when it comes to management: hire the best people from your competitors, pay them more than they were earning, and give them bonuses and incentives based on their performance. That’s how you build a first-class operation.”

If you want some PDF's on bodyweight exercise with little to no equipment, send me a PM and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

This thread is going in a totally unexpected direction

Relevant dupe thread: thread-52320.html

“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!”

― Hunter S. Thompson
