Didn't it use to be a gay tell to have an earring in just one ear? Or is that an urban legend?

Yes.

A single earring in the right ear was a signal for "I'm gay".

It's true, the rule was left ear - can still be straight, right ear or both ears - gay. I knew a guy in high school who had his right ear pierced. We gave him shit about it all the time. Later in life he admitted to being a bisexual crossdresser.

Personally, I think studs are fuckin cool when pulled off right. For example the pics above show guys who cant pull it off, but I've always thought Ronaldo's studs are dope.

I don't know who this guy is, but he looks like a fucking faggot. Would probably be a cool dude without the earrings.

Well looking back at that picture, he looks soft. But I stand by my statement...

Edit: And just to clarify, I think earrings only work if they're not obnoxious (so only studs) and its someone with great style/top tier looks. Very few guys can pull it off

I hate that look and think he can only get away with it because he is a celebrity. Then again, I'm in the US and suppose styles are different in Europe. But I wouldn't be caught dead wearing that earings or not.

I mean...I couldn't pull this off. But then again I've never dunked from the free throw line on national television.

That's the left ear too.

I agree.

If you pull them off with a nice, hard, twist, tearing half the earlobe away with it, it looks fuckin cool.
