Despite 3 years of consistent lifting and a somewhat clean diet i was 6 foot 188 lbs @ around 14% body fat. Above average but considering the time and mental energy I've put into the bodybuilding game i was not where i wanted to be Physique-wise. Decided to get my blood work done and BAM - low testosterone!

My Stats - by LabCorp

Testosterone, Serum: 447 ng/dL
TSH: 1.650 uIU/mL
T4, Free(Direct): 1.09 ng/dL

For reference, I'm 25 years old which puts me in the low test category for my age.

I got prescribed Test-Cypionate. 100mg every two weeks. I convinced the doctor to up the frequency to 100mg every week.

It's been about 5 weeks since i started this regimen. I've added weight to all my lifts but nothing crazy. I look noticeably leaner despite having gained 5 lbs. I don't look too different in clothes however.The most notable changes I've noticed however are reactions from women. I first dismissed all the attention as an increase in well being and thus confidence but over the past couple weeks it's gotten so crazy that i can't help but believe there's more to it.

Examples

1) A group of teens stopping me while on my way back from work asking for "just one picture".

2) Went looking for some furniture at IKEA and this brunette and her Asian friend approach me and ask what I'm looking for. I tell them I'm looking for a futon. Asian says " If you need a bed she'll show you where you could get one" and starts giggling. Brunette shyly hits her.

3) Older creole cashier at some grocery store. "You are a very attractive man". I thank her for the compliment and she proceeds showing me pictures of her 21 year old daughter. Goes on and on about how she's always dating immature boys and not real men.

4) At the bar last week catching up with an old HS friend. This duo starts hovering around us. Usually i would have approached them but we were reminiscing & in no mood for game. They come over straight up say " We have a crush on you" ... " Yeah both of us". I chat em up and get their numbers. I banged the blonde one last Tuesday.

5) More smiles, eye-fucks and random convos on a daily basis. I also noticed girls are more attentive when i talk.

These outright displays never happened to me before. And like i said, i do not look much different in clothes.

Have any of you guys on TRT noticed similar changes in behavior in the first couple weeks even without major changes in musculature? What were your experiences?

I didn't mean smelling in the literal sense of course. I'm asking whether girls can sense elevated testosterone levels in a pheromone-esque manner. And what your experiences have been if you agree.

I don't think a jacked guy gets laid because of pheromones. I think he gets laid because the women see him as a protector and also he is more likely to provide the genetics to have a healthy child. It's nothing more than that. The good thing about testosterone is it can make a normal person with shitty genetics look like he has been blessed with superior genetics.

If pheromones played a percentage in the mix, I would venture to say it's not enough percentage to pay attention to. Maybe it's not you're pheromones but at this point you are looking like you're going to provide a healthier child than the guy next to you.

To key in on this more, it's also important to remember that as you get older, this is not a linear relationship. It's not a downhill curve for us, but rather it's a downhill curve for everyone else.

I've been on testosterone for around 10 years or more. In my 20's I would say I was in the top 30% and had a little advantage over others but not much, In my 30's, i would say I'm in the top 8% compared to the guys around me, in my 40's I'll be in the top 1%.

It's not because I'm going uphill, rather everyone around me is going down-hill and I'm remaining the same or making slow improvements due to testosterone and I also plan to throw GH in the mix when I hit 40. So I have no issues with getting older, if anything I'm smiling about it. When you get older everyone else is sailing away from the storm, I plan to go toward it yelling, "Is this all you got." If we aren't moving forward, we're dying.

If you're not trolling I'll give you my take. Low testosterone can be responsible for low energy, poor concentration, depression etc etc. If it was legitimately a problem, more than anything it would mean that you appear more energetic, upbeat and confident.

To be honest, I don't think he is getting fair reactions here.

First off, it was obvious he didn't mean smell but that they could sense it.

And secondly, many times have I left my house for a walk and something is def up. Girls just all eyeballing me, when you stand near them, they get nervous, etc. Other times, people act like I don't even exist. There are factors in play that are subconscious and I'm sure science does not have a great idea about them yet, but they are more powerful then we think. Pheromones they may be indeed, but how they are affected by diet, hormones, genetics, etc. we don't know too much about it. For instance I used to play football and then go straight in a bar with chicks when I was younger without showering, society would say that's ridiculous you smell and you look like shit from the intense activity, but did the girls love it, sure did!

So yes I do believe girls can sense high testosterone, hence don't jerk off too much. Also don't shower too much and eat clean. I think perhaps even eating very little can be beneficial. Didn't I read on this forum once that diet can increase hormones? Not sure. Yesterday, I didn't eat, took a sauna and a cold shower and afterwards saw many girls checking me out. My experience mirrors a lot of what you're saying. When I deliberately abstain from jerking off, eat clean and lift weights I get more looks and attention from women. I'm sure this has a lot to do with my own body language/posture/skin clarity as some of the looks are from a distance. Still, in close conversations its even more noticable. Taking a break from drinking alcohol (known to lower T and disrupt sleep and HGH secretion) is another cumulative multiplier.

Ironically, back in the day when I was regularly drinking I also noticed the 'hangover effect' where women would seem more interested even though I was dishevelled, unshaven and unwashed catching a train home. Could have been my own lack of interest making me more safe/less needy, but who knows.

I believe women can sense high testosterone. This may be bro science, or anecdotal evidence, but I think it's true. I think there is some kind of subconscious mechanism where women sense this.

It's known that men experience a boost in T levels after winning a competition, and a drop in levels after losing. Most physiological process go both ways. If winning gives you high T, then boosting your T levels by lifting or by using a needle (I do both) will give you somewhat of a winner's vibe. I'm certain I've experienced this in life. To some extent, the difference may be pre-red pill vs. post red pill, but I think T levels are definitely a factor.

Roosh has said that testosterone management is a factor in game, which most of us would agree with. At what point do we separate the indirect effect of higher T on our inner game from the direct chemical effect it has on a woman? Furthermore, it's known that kissing a girl transmits T, and so does giving her a load of jizz. It only stands to reason that they can sense high T levels from your vibe, and find it arousing.

I don't know if women sense testosterone per se but they definitely sense your total vibe, or mojo.

And the crazy thing is that they can sense it instantly and from a distance.

Yes one of the strangest things is when they notice you from a distance. I don´t know what reach pheromones supposedly have, but I doubt my smell can go that far. It´s also not posture, my posture is always similar, it´s not changing from one day to another. Like some have said, there are some gaps in science concerning these type of phenomena.

In western society, we don't focus much on smell for the simple reason that it doesn't have much utility. In tribes where people hunt they can tell you not only what kind of game passed nearby, but when it happened, just based on smell(they've shown that this smell decay is how dogs know what time you are coming home).

All my research and experimentation has led to me: Both Men and Women can sense pheromones and if you have a trained nose you can literally smell it. Not on test either but I think what was posted here about your energy has a lot to do with it. Sometimes I can be on point and other times I have people rip into me for no reason, dudes and girls. Could be the testosterone is giving you better energy but there are too many factors to say.
