Guys I need some master advice to follow up on hot hong Kong chick.

In my 30s, MBA student, above average looking.
Little background:
Matched on tinder and after a little talk we decided to go on a date.
The Date:
Overall kind of boring date for me. At first she was super nervous but I kept it cool and funny. I made the conversation all the way,she was nicely responsive and was getting more and more relaxed as the date got by. I got bored because I could not see any possible way to escalate in that upscale bar that we were. One sitting across the other is really not my thing. Anyways, I told her I got to go and before we separate ways, while walking I tried some phisical contact. She laugh various time and gently escaped my grip many times, before we just cheek kiss good bye. In summary, HK/Chinese girl can be really distant at first and making the right move do not seem very obvious to me. I burnt quiet few opportunities before because I was too agressive. This time I tried to be less obvious to not overwhelm her.
The next step:
I really don t want to go in another boring date. I see here two solution. Either I take her to hike as she mentioned she liked it and then I make my moves along or I just test her with some texting. i was thinking of something like this:
ME: What’s up butter cup? It’s X from the other night.
HER: Oh hey hun, how are you?
ME: Great, I’ve been looking forward to talking to you.
HER: Oh ya? why so?
ME: well you made a good impression on me that night.
HER: I did huh? I guess that’s a good thing right?
ME: Indeed, in fact you managed to penetrate my dream as well.
HER: Really? How? what do you mean?
ME: Ok i’ll tell you but is was pretty intense and vivid.
Her: Hmmm do I even want to know?

ME: Ok! since we are obviously gonna hang out (said this even though no plans yet)

ME: Its not so much I am sure of myself, rather I am sure of the chemistry I felt with you. I’m pretty sure you felt it too.
HER: hahaha! I’ll never tell Tell me the dream.
ME: OK OK. Well we made plans for you to come over to my house, I had just started making dinner. I am pretty sure it was pasta. That part is kinda blurry, anyways. You knocked on the door, I opened it, you were wearing this sexy black dress(note: all women have a sexy black dress) with your hair down, you looked amazing.
Without a word being said, you immediately kissed me, it was a very passionate kiss, I immediately put my arms around you and kissed you back, it was so intense and passion filled, then you kinda jumped/me picking you up, and wrapped your legs around me, then I pushed you up against the wall, I could literally hear you begin to moan it was hot as HELL. Then I woke up.
