on the difference between sex and fapping - my personal experience is that sex gives me more of an emotional sense of well-being. like I'm more relaxed and focused. I feel more confident if i'm fucking regularly. Jerking off just gives me like a couple hours of not being obsessed with sex.

what the real enemy is is porn tho. I never really gave it much thought until a year or so ago - I cut that shit out and it had a huge affect on me. I was having a lot of sex, but also looking at the tubes a lot too. shit fucks with your dopamine levels and brain structure itself.

it's very interesting how much physiology influences our behaviour and receptivity. we like to say that we choose this and that, that we have standards, that we are attracted to this not that, that we're cool now cause we got game now however it's all just a mindfuck. once jerking/porn is cut off all that bullshit goes out of the window and real instincts come into play. 2 weeks on jerking diet and every guy switches to direct game : )))

If I don't jerk off for 7 days straight, I'm unable to sleep. I keep tossing and turning in the bed feeling restless. Unless I jerk off I'd just waste hours in bed not sleeping. At least jerking off helps to tame the beast temporarily so I can sleep that night. Other than that though I find that it's good to save up your chi because it makes sex feel better and gives you more motivation to score.

What if for men it was useful to hold in the energy to empower them but for women to absorb the energy of a man to become empowered because what is sex if not a transfer of energy in the end where we give and they receive .
