I guess so, in a sense. I dated an archaeologist - that's an interesting job. We talked for hours about various sites and she actually knew what she was talking about. However, there was nothing "bad girl" about her.

Being a blogger, community protester, journalist, nurse, etc - those aren't so interesting. I don't give a damn if she thinks she's "making a difference".

In the end, it's about how much her talking about her job entertains me.
