The town I live in is middle and working class, but nearby is a large enclave where a lot of wealthy people live and vacation. Plastic surgery is a major industry there, as are spas, yoga and Pilates studios, massage therapists, high end foods and supplements and so on. The women who do work mostly have nonserious jobs they do for status more than money, but many don't work at all and still have maids and nannies. Their real job is being a high status wife for their high earning husband. A woman with money, time, effort and motivation can keep herself looking reasonably sexually attractive well into her 40's and even beyond if she is lucky.

Delaney struggled with alcoholism when she was in her 20s and 30s. She has never publicly commented on it, but hinted at it in an appearance on Comedy Central's Night After Night show in 1991-ish. If she was an alky, that probably means she slutted it up big time also. That might be why no high-value Hollywood guy has ever wifed-her-up. If she made up for that with hard core fitness and botox, I don't really care, but she might have had some good genes to pass along to the tribe if she had cared to do so. There was a makeover reality show on a few years ago wherein the women were given everything - facelift, new teeth, lipo, breast lift, etc. EVERY one of them blamed their kids for ruining their looks - and, let's be honest, they weren't that hot before the kids.

She had good genes, but it's definitely a combination of daily yoga, lots of sleep in a very relaxed lifestyle, plenty of nutrients (probably supplements or very nutritious food since a very long time), keeping the weight at optimal levels for life - and of course she has some surgeries done and can hardly move her face due to all the botox.

Still - it takes a slim well-kept body for the botox to look good, or you resemble a drug and alcohol wreck like Melanie Griffith:



Not even surgeries can help that post-apocalyptic wall-face.
