I'm a big fan of practical self-improvement. The real hard core and practical self-improvement, focussed on taking action and getting real and consistent results.

There is too much noise over there due to information overload, but here you can find a distilled high quality resource concerning the aforementioned topic:

http://www.startgainingmomentum.com/start/

This guy is really practical and intelligent, and a high achiever, very different from all the people out there who try to always sell, at the and ,you some kind of stuff.

Take a look at it and if you know sites with similar content, please share it.

"One of the best" is actually a fair categorization of StartGainingMomentum (written by Ludvig Sunstrom). Shame that OP did a miserable job touting it.

I'd recommend checking it out and forming your own opinion. Mikael Syding, who kicks ass at life by almost any definition, also approves.

Edit: Funny how sales/marketing so drastically affects how a product is perceived. This really should not surprise me anymore, but it still does. Filing this one away as another data point. By the way, OP should use the search function next time. thread-44707.html

Thanks for posting, I'm going through the site and it looks fantastic so far. Reading is absolutely essential in self-development.

It's great to hear the thoughts and views of others on the subject, and the articles I've seen so far have been worth reading.

Looks OK from the front page. However one thing I've noticed with these blogs is that many are written by "talkers". In his about page, the only things he's claimed to have achieved are 'better health' and a more 'toned physique'.

I'd much rather read material from "doers", with proven achievements, such as boldanddetermined.com. Credibility is the most important aspect of self-improvement bloggers. Talk is cheap.
