Maybe get checked out by a doctor, 32 is pretty young to be having these issues. Most likely its going to be needing to lose weight and be more physically active. You may want to cut out caffeine, liquor and smoking and do some cardio and that should take care of it.

The other possibility is it could be mental. Sometimes just by fluke you may have an issue but the bad thing is itwill start to stay in the back of your head and then it's almost like a self fulfilling prophecy that because your worried about it you then continue to have issues.

There's a product called Yohimbi that some people like but personally it gave me stomach aches and made me feel crazy.

Do you have a problem - watching a lot of pornography?

Erection problems

I'm only 28 and I have the same problem.
I sleep a lot, eat very healthy, don't watch porn, have a low stress life and am definitely not fat (10% bodyfat).
I got a full blood panel done and found out that I was very low in DHEA and pregnenolone and slightly low in testosterone.
I started a HRT regime which put me at near perfect numbers for all my hormones and biomarkers, yet my erectile dysfunction remained.

A couple of weeks ago I went on holiday to a very sunny place (I live in the north). After one day my ED had completely disappeared and I started popping rock hard boners all the time, just like when I was 16. Hell, I had better erections there than I have at home on 100mg sildenafil. I came back home and after 2 days my dick was dead again.

And no, it's not mental. I went on plenty of holidays (to non-sunny places) where I did not have this effect. If it's mental, you still get good morning erections and good erections for masturbation - two things that I do not have.

Per the advice of forum member n/a I'm going to start bright light therapy and cardio. I'll keep you updated.

And do not eat low-fat, you need saturated fat for the hormone production.

Lose weight. The blood has to be pumped through all that fat before it reaches your dick.

Being fat has nothing to do with whether or not your food is 'low fat' or 'you go for some walks'. Cut out the sugar, and start doing some serious excercise.

The serious excercise will also have a secondary effect: your heart muscle will get stronger, so the blood will be pumped all the way to your dick with much greater strength.

Aerobic exercise is more important than many realise. Choose an exercise that has a low impact on your joints and limbs. i.e. Not very long distance running on tarred surfaces. Increasing "VO2 Max" basically means you are improving your blood circulation. with obvious benefits wrt your issue...

Also, consider the possibility that the whole "low fat" consensus of the last few decades is actually unsound. There is a decent amount of evidence that encouraging low fat diets is in fact what has caused the massive increase in overweight and obesity. Increase in carbs and decrease in fats results in more total calories being consumed (because carbs do not completely sate hunger), and also throws blood sugar levels for a loop. Causing weight gain and emotional/mental health issues.

when i said low fat i meant healthy food, chicken breast rice, baked potato
you will be suprised how many healthy men under 30 have errectile problems
also my doctor is useless,no matter what the problem is she says "take paracetamol"
ive used viagra and the side effects were nasty

When you're overweight, rice and baked potatoes are not healthy. You do not need starch in your diet. Unprocessed is what you want. Stick to protein, vegetables, fruit, and dairy. Just losing weight will improve your blood flow and help your problem.

I drink beet juice nearly everyday as part of my own V8 cocktail and it helps a lot with blood flow and erections.

How much do you fap? If it's more than twice a week that will affect your libido for sure. Try a 30 day nofap reset and bring fapping down to once a week afterward. Also, cut out the porn. too much porn, especially as a substitute for sex, is a superstimulus that will ruin real sex for you when it comes along. When you do masterbate, rewire your fantasies to be as un-pornlike as possible. First person only, and focus on imagining tactile feelings over visual images.

Also, consider supplementing with zinc, magnesium citrate, vitamin D, maca root, l-citrulline, and l-arginine, as well as eating nitrate-rich foods such as beets and pomegranate seeds, and cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower.

My advice:

1. Get a physical examination every year. This is a no-brainer.

2. Begin a weightlifting program, combined with a good diet, so that you begin to put on muscle and raise your testosterone levels.

3. Start using does of Cialis where appropriate. Obviously you should seek medical advice before taking any medications. But I can tell you that Cialis is very, very effective, and it will help you restore your self-confidence in the short term. My experience with it has been nothing less than phenomenal.

You need to go low carb, not low fat.

Also there are garlic pills (no smell). Same for cayenne (easier to swallow). Also, eat arugula. For more tips like that go to Peak Testosterone.

Other things you can eat are eggs and almonds. Also take a zinc / magnesium supplement, ZMA is good.

I don't know why anybody would advocate no fap if your dick doesn't work. That's like saying "don't lift" if you have no muscle. If anything, jerk off significantly more and sleep nude or wear loose fitting shorts to bed. Regular, uninhibited nocturnal erections will help more with circulation and the hormone feedback than anything else.

The rest of the advice in the thread is good too. I'd add 'start popping zma and fish oil and lift regularly'.

I see you're in the UK.

One thing to consider is that you're not in the proper environment to evoke the erection reflex strongly enough.

British girls are like boner kryptonite.

Take a vacation to the Philippines or to Thailand and watch what young, feminine, pleasant girls do for your boner.

Obviously, lift heavy, lose the fat, get sleep sorted, take zinc, sleep and all the rest of it.

But there are guys who have all of that stuff sorted out yet still experience issues.

Remember that we're animals and erections don't happen in a vacuum.

We need the proper stimulus in the form of feminine women.

I highly doubt you're getting that stimulus at home.

You've already answered your question mate. All that adipose tissue is churning out estrogen around the clock. Go on a keto diet and start working out. You'll have much bigger problems in the future if you don't lose weight while you're still young.

Yeah I'm surprised, so what? Do you want to be one of them or fix your health? And this is not a medical issue. Inability to get hard is not due to an absence of drugs.

Sometimes when I'm in bed with a girl, after several sessions, I want to go to sleep. But I'm still as hard as a rock, which gets the girl horny again, and so in my exhaustion I have to go begrudging go again to keep her happy. For this reason I have to be careful to keep my groin away from her when we're sleeping together in case she notices one of my insta-hard-ons and gets frisky again.

I also have no fat on my body whatsoever.

You do the math, and decide whether you like being lazy or virile.

^^Low bodyfat is not everything.

I'm at 10.8% according to a body composition analyzer and I've got ED as well.

That being said, I completely agree that the OP should lose the lard before he complains about his ED.

^ I'm fascinated though, how does it work? Is it like the girl is making you really horny, but your body forgets to pump up your dick?

^Yes indeed. You're horny and want to fuck but your dick only gets semi-hard.

Also your morning erections are semi-hard only and spontaneous erections are completely absent.

But as I mentioned, in my case, for one reason or another, in a really sunny climate this problem is solved in a couple days and I start popping rock hard boners all the time. And no, it's not a vitamin D issue.

This.

Sun, clean food (look for it), and tight Asian pussy. You say it's not psychological, but for many guys that is indeed the root cause.

Well in Asia there's absolutely zero pressure to perform. You will be so culturally removed from home that you won't give a damn. And the girls will worship you regardless of your performance between the sheets.

It's like an aligning of the stars.
