So I just bought one of those nutribullet machines and looking for some good recipes to try out. Had my first day at the gym today, starting the stronglift 5x5 program as i am a bit of a newbie and this is meant to help you nail those important basic exercises.
Recipes
Have you looked into Gourmet Nutrition or Anabolic Cookbook? Both have good recipes if that's you thing.
Here's my recipes:
1 cup of egg whites in a pan
Scrambled
Eat
8oz of salmon in a pan
cooked for a few minutes on each side
eat
It's hard to fuck those up.
