Anyone here ever tried Pine Pollen?

Lately I've been hearing how Pine Pollen provides benefits such as increased libido/testosterone and it improves your Immune system. There's probably more that I don't know about. A friend of mine swears by it, I have my suspicions about it being bullshit since there isn't a lot of science that backs it up.

Yes, I used to take 1 tablespoon mixed in water after dinner when my girlfriend came round. Tastes like ass but I just used to hold my nose and throw it back.

I took it about a dozen times and didn't notice any difference so I stopped.

Holy shit, I've been taking it and you can feel it right away.

This article is excellent.

"That in short, is why I use pine pollen tinctures and why I see pine pollen as the strongest natural testosterone booster, even though there’s no scientific studies that would validate my claims."

what the fuck? you guys actually PAY for pine pollen?

I have no idea if it works or not, but this is like paying for grass clippings instead of just taking them off of your lawn.

Go to a park in spring (late may in Canada) and look for the pollen buds on the pine (better if they are near your house). Squeeze one, if it pops and comes out yellow its almost ripe. Tie a paper bag around the branch with the 'pollen buds' and come back after a few dry days and the pollen buds will have dried out and dumped the pollen into the bag for you. Pour into a zip lock bag and you are done.

Pollen buds are on the lower branches of pine, wheras cones are a the top...making them easy to get to and pine trees produce alot of pollen so its not hard to collect. In spring, if you live near a pine forest and your car is covered in yellow dust because its been parked outside...thats pine pollen.

As for pine pollen effects...I mean, it is tree jizz, so maybe?

Either way, for $43/bottle...I've given you the advice to get it for free and now I have a fantastic business idea on my own.
