Most interesting wesbsites on the Deep Web?

I know plenty of people that buy their drug supplies via the dark web, they say the quality is excellent although prices are high. For someone like me that is a good reason to use it, seeing as I don't associate with drug dealers.

You don't go to a doctor or buy beer at the grocery?

Bump

There's some dark web "horror stories" and "mystery box openings" on youtube that probably are fake so I wanted to see the forum's opinion on the dark web. I've read three of these dark web threads over here and there's just trolling and eye rolling. I only saw 1 post that detailed op sec and that was a quality post. Mentioned things like don't leave your computer unattended or the feds can theoretically seize your computer and use it as evidence. One of my friends that I highly trust told me one of his friends visited the dark web and mysteriously got a package sent to his house. So I'm just a tad bit stumped if this is something to avoid altogether. I'm on the side of government honeypot and that even if you have a PHD in security or a paranoid nut the government will track you down as Bitcoin and TOR is traceable and has backdoors. I just want information in general I'm not interested in obtaining anything illegal.

The dark web is just a bunch of honeypots and illegal goods bazaars along with an unfortunate amount of pedophile rings (some of which are honeypots). The novelty will wear off quickly as unless you're incredibly sheltered it's all very believable.

As far as your friend getting a mystery package that's bullshit. Why the fuck would that happen. Someone goes through the effort of monitoring a tor exit node (only 3 letter agencies have this capability to my knowledge), subpoenas his ISP and gets his address to send a spooky mystery package, retarded.

Nut up and check it out instead of perpetuating lame campfire stories about the spooky interwebs. Or dont it's not that interesting

If I’m not mistaken, the guy who created the largest darkweb illegal marketplace of all time, AlphaBay, was a member of this forum and was identified after his credit card and PayPal were linked to his gold membership on this forum, which allowed the government to read his posts and know who he was and where he lived.

Does anyone remember this happening or have a link?
