Also I wanted to point out that my diet approach can equally work long-term and not only short-term. I am not a big fan of prolonged ketosis which happens with high-protein, high animal fat, but low carb diets. You lose weight, but it's not sustainable long-term.

There are many fads in the fitness industry and it's better to have a diet that gives you plenty of balanced energy that our brains thrive upon and leaves you less hungry.

Some have slightly more protein in their diet, since their workouts are more intensive, but the rule remains the same - high quality carbs help you reach your targets in a more balanced way.
