FUBAR, time to stand up and be a man!

FUBAR, time to stand up and be a man!

First let me introduce myself. I'm just your regular Dutch guy in his late 20's with a decent job/career, my own place, friends etc. Got that stuff sorted out pretty fine I guess. Being 182cm, which is just short of 5.10ft I'm @ average length here, Dutch ppl are known for their length. Weighing about 90kg (198lb) and I consider myself a bit too 'fat'. Percentage is around 22% now I guess but the working out is paying off and my muscles are coming back. So far for the appearance. Not feeling really comfy by posting a pic here, for 'Google' reasons.

I've found this forum a while ago and a few weeks signed up and got to reading a lot. Still got to get myself them books though..! Problem is I've never really been 'good' with women. Never been out with my buddy's 'hunting' for pussy. Ofc we went out, but I was always the guy with the girlfriend.

There's the main reason, I've been in a relationship for 12 years and allthough I had times of feeling a desire to hunt, I actually never did. I was happy with my life, my girl (very pretty, sweet, intelligent, hot, etc), everything. I really thought I was having all my shit covered, even without the experience of dating/banging girls in my younger years. Then there is this biological thing, her clock that starts ticking, talking about kids and stuff. That's where things were going downhill, down 2 the point where our breakup about 6 months ago was inevitable. I can honestly say it felt like my world collapsed, exploded and then stopped excisting. Luckily, for just a short period of time and that's when I found you guys!

Besides me cheating on her once when I was a teenager, I've never been with other girls/women. Now, I've found Tinder, a damn magic thing. I never thought it could be this easy to hook up with chicks, no strings attached! This also is where the problems start. Some girls (5) I met only once of twice allthough I'd love to bang them more often. Other girls (3) are suddenly 'all attached' and keep busting my balls with texts and stuff, even though I've told them I'm NOT looking for a relationship @ this point.

This is where I realized I'm definitely lacking of any game whatsoever. @ Tinder it's easy to start a convo but IRL (street/club/bar) i'm actually scared shitless to even approach a girl. Let alone keep talking with her and mentally drag her into my mancave to get the job done. Same goes with those 'attached' girls. I really need to learn their signals, but even more I need to learn my own and be able to control them. That's what I'm here for. I will go keep some sort of approaches thread as soon as I start approaching, to analyze it myself and for any desperately needed input.

First I need to free up some time and read those books I guess..

Hi FUBAR.

For an exercise routine I recommend Starting Strength, 5x5, or 5/3/1:

For a good basic game routine I endorse the Roosh Program:

It sounds like your banter is weak. Read some books on having a conversation (PM for info) and do exercises with free writing and framing. Part 4 of the Roosh Program will help you out with that as well.

It would help a lot to go to a rvf meetup in your city if you find someone to take you under your his wing.

Best of luck out there and happy friday

If you're going to try, go all the way. There is no other feeling like that. You will be alone with the gods, and the nights will flame with fire. You will ride life straight to perfect laughter. It's the only good fight there is.

Thank you for giving feedback!

Gymsessions are going ok and as plannend. I'm familiar with the 5x5 Stronglifts. Also got the app installed [Image: banana.gif]

I'm definitly going to work on my banter and will start the Roosh program ASAP. I've seen threads of forum-members posting all of their approaches which I find very nice to read/learn but also some ppl are saying they should NOT post it here. I wonder why, is there any reason why not to post those approaches?

I've been looking for fellow rvf members in my area, but I think the Netherlands are poorly represented around here [Image: confused.gif]

Nederland in het huis! I don't know if you're familiar with jason blaha's 5x5.
The guy's a douche but knows how to train like a "natty'. I would highly suggest checking out his program!

Steve Shaw also has a couple of good workouts.
Stick to compounds, be consistent with both your diet and program and you'll be fine don't overthink it.

edit:would be glad to help btw
