What is the best city in the world to learn Game?

I think the best city to learn game would be the most difficult city, i.e. if you can make it here u can make it anywhere. Places where everyone around you has decent game and aren't afraid to approach, so girls are hit on constantly. Urban east coast cities (new york,philly,D.C.) fit this bill. If you can hang in the big leagues, anything else will be a piece of cake.

If I tried to play football with NFL players, I'm not sure if I'd learn too much. They would just destroy me. Maybe that's not the best analogy but I think you see the point I'm trying to make. Going to a place that is hard is not a bad idea, but I actually think it's better to go somewhere easier and get more experiences cause you learn from each experience. And in any city SOME girls will be difficult.

Actually I think it's best to go to a lot of different cities and cultures. You will start to understand that there are universal traits in women, just that in some cultures they hide it. Like in the USA, women say they want equality and in the process they may hide the fact they like a machismo man. At some level every woman likes a machismo man whether they know it consciously or not. In India, a girl will say she is a good girl and wants to be respected. But part of her wants you to be aggressive and to take pleasure in her body...which is something girls in the USA are more open about.

Speaking of Lima, even there, there is hard stuff. I tried to pick up a Peruvian celebrity and was shot down. I scored with a girl who I later learned had a serious boyfriend. That was a bit harder because of the boyfriend (she later married him so you could say he was a serious boyfriend).
