I'm not much of a traveller and all this while I've been on this forum because of the lifestyle and money making section which has helped me immensely. I have an upcoming business of mine that I love and all my energy is dedicated towards that. But being here for such a long time, the Bangkok threads just got me very curious and I finally decided to take the plunge and booked my tickets for a week in Bangkok. The fact that I'm coming back with a sum total of 0 fucks may make this whole thing sound extremely beta but unless it was hooking up with a proper Thai girl, I was not interested. That unfortunately did not happen. Here's my experience:
Area
I stayed in Sukhumvit as recommended by people here. Soi 44 to be particular. It's around 4 stations away from Nana which I found to be the happening place. The sky train is quick to get you anywhere but I would still recommend newbies like me to book their hotels/hostels near Asoke or Phrom Pnong.
Hookers
Soi 4 has some good bars. Now P4P was not my thing so this was of no interest to me. But I got totally pressurized by this rare cute hooker and I ended up paying 1000 baht for a shot. I was drunk so my usual ED problem came up and I could not fuck her. a little bit of oral and then I got bored as hell and just wrapped it all up and left. 1000 baht wasted.
Thai girls
I had a friend in Bangkok whom I met on International Cupid. Now she's a very conservative girl but one thing led to another and I ended up mild handjob from her. Not a bad start but nothing happened after that. I could see that she was getting emotional so it was time to say goodbye.
Abot the other ones I saw there, man, some of these girls are just beautiful but they are so fucking shy. I tried making eye contact but most of them just look down when they know you are looking at them. Their creamy skin, legs and litle skirts just turn me on like mad and every time in the BTS I would get so tempted to just slide my hands under it. Tried day gaming in Siam Paragon mall as suggested here in one of the threads. Did not work for me at all despite the fact that people confuse me for a Mediterranean European (I'm a light skinned Indian).
The downside is communcation. This is the reason I will in all probablitly never come back to Bangkok and would rather go to a place like Manila. I have a few Filipina friends and they speak flawless English. For me communication is very very important and also the manner of speaking. Thai people like many other Asians appear very weird in their manner of expressions. On the first day I arrived, I felt like I was inside cartoon fucking network.
Massage
Now this is my thing. I like slow, simple and sustained pleasures. Had 2 hour massages practically everyday cause they are aawesome for health, pleasure ad are really cheap. I would suggest that don't go for the ones which are below 400 baht as the women their are only focused on the specials and not the masssage. Plus the rooms are of an inferior quality. On the last day, I had a 2 hour massage at Soi 34 (not too sure) which was just so unbelivebaly pleasurable with very frequent fondling and massage of the dick. I've been getting Thai massages since last 5 years and this was the best one ever. I think the parlor was called two-cent Thai and the woman was Dao. DO check it out in case you're at Asok. I also went to a soapy bar named Cupidy but the place seemed a little shady and it was way too expensive starting at 2000 baht.
Pattaya
Only went to this place cause I'm a photographer. Got totally ripped off by the captains in taking me to "exotic" island called Coral Island. Exotic my butt. It was almost as bad as the Pattaya beach. 2000 baht wasted. Walking street is shit and the whole of Pattaya stinks of desperation. Never going back again.
Conclusion
Travelling is not for me. My intuition was right but now I've got validation. I know I may not have really prusued the alpha stuff that many do but tis not about that for me. It's just the efoort involved that puts me off. I'm very happy in being lazy as I really love the city I live in. For me peace of mind is the priority and I only put effort in something that brings me immediate satisfaction or pleasure. That's just my philosophy. I liked Bangkok though but never coming back here unless I've got a really hot freind who invites me over. But for the growth of my soul it was a good trip and I thank you guys for that. I have leanrt the lesson of happiness once again - that happiness can mean different things for different people and we should learn to trust ourselves more about our own inutituions of it.
