Re T levels; don't go to your GP. They're f'ing useless, and this applies to some of the endos on the NHS. Go to the Androids.org forum (or any decent one), and ask them which tests you need (cost a couple hundred).

Then read up on the recommended private GPS, and book an appt. Take your test results to him, as this will provide a clear picture.

I used to be unconfident, and felt like my balls were in a purse. A week later, I'm more aggressive, and my muscle mass is improving (I weight train). It also helped with many other issues.

Spend the surgery cash on: a half decent motor, move somewhere like a large city, and spend cash on doing up your place, and get some decent threads. You're also gonna need some spending money, for some drinks, car fuel, etc.

I'm going to go against the grain here. There's nothing inherently weak or pathetic about a man getting plastic surgery, just as there's nothing inherently weak or pathetic about buying designer clothes or using anabolics to get huge. Looks are important with women, let's not pretend it's all a matter of internal game or strong frame, and investing money to improve your looks is a rational move. If getting plastic surgery is a calculated expected-value decision, more power to you. Who am I to tell a guy who gets a hair transplant, veneers, a nose job or whatever else that it's a bad decision?

On the other hand, if you're getting plastic surgery purely from a position of weakness and overwhelming insecurity, clearly you have confidence issues that need to be addressed as well. The two are not mutually exclusive.

Not sure if this thread is for real or OP is just trollin' us but for "shits and giggles" while we are on the topic of plastic surgery's perhaps the OP should consider a Phalloplasty (Penis Enlargement) & Scrotoplasty (Scrotum Lift). Now those will do more for his game than any nose or ear reduction surgeries, lol

I had connection trouble in my house, so I was gone for several days. Thank you for the replies and for the information. I am honestly not trolling at all. I honestly think that my looks are not enough in today's society to attract quality women. And it seems to me that the only fix is to get plastic surgery to break up and remake your facial aesthetics.
It seems that the media favors men with only one type of facial aesthetics. There is a definite pattern that Hollywood hot guys have very similar facial features, ie they belong to one very strictly and narrowly defined type. These are men with small squinty green or blue eyes, and with very rough, hard, hypermasculine features. Examples include Jersey Shore, Brad Pitt, Channing Tatum, Chris Hemsworth, etc., ie all the "chiseleded" and "washboardeds"... Other types of men that don't fit this type are considered unattractive. On the other hand, in 1970s Soviet Union, this man was considered one of the hottest studs and epitomized as an example of male beauty. But by modern standards, he would be considered at best average, if not below average, because his face is soft, sensitive, romantic, with large kind eyes, almost effeminate features. Today, women would ignore such a man. He lacks the hypermasculinity and aggressiveness that the media favors in an uncompromising way in today's world.
This is why I have decided to take such drastic steps.
I have a feeling that by 2017-18, many American men will begin to resort to plastic surgery en masse just to get a chance with non-obese women. My prediction is that even this forum will soon become filled suggestions how to save money for plastic surgery and how to find a good cosmetic surgeon. I am just a few years ahead of the game.
For now, I have decided to focus on working out and changing my wardrobe, and I will put off plastic surgery. But I am not ruling it out completely, as it may become the issue of calculated expected-value decision. Seamus, if you are going against the grain, what surgery would you best recommend for me?

I am happy that I found this forum, because I know that I will be able to get honest feedback about how to be with women.
Unfortunately, many other places online that will gloss over the truth about women. But this forum seems to be one of very few places online will tell the truth about modern men.

You obviously have discarded Game and honestly believe that you can create attraction just by physical appearance. Such statements are obviously Game denialism.

Male physical aspects play a role of course, but only with Game are they multiplied to anything useful. I don't know whether you did not know in your private life any really good-looking men who could not get laid? I knew guys who had almost model-faces (8+), but never got laid much, because they were socially awkward.

NO way in fucking hell will RVF become a PUAHATE incel club that exchanges plastic surgery tips. Even if you change your bloody face or even height, then your personality and Game does not improve and a high quality girl will dump your ass or divorce you. Then next thing you know she will fuck an uglier shorter, but more dominant version of yourself.
