I don't really follow the scenario here... but seriously, if you have to ask this you should do neither and instead hit up some of the base seduction books/material. Do a mix of Jeffries/RSD/Juggler just as a start.

Calling without any comfort game/rapport won't lead anywhere, and by the looks of the scenario it seems that FB is your only way of communicating and building what I mentioned before, after that is done proceed on calling her. I wouldn't give a chick who added you on FB that much importance though

Anytime a woman want you to Facebook close her, you should immediately put it down, and disrespect Facebook to make her feel like shit for even suggesting it. THe OP should search the archives and read-up on this before posting this thread that is going nowhere fast.

i already added her on FB before i learned this rule...!!!..now i learned this rule..i desperately want to get out of this shit.
you can always delete her man. if she gives a shit she will message you and ask you why you deleted.. you can be creative with that.
if you do it right (delete her along with a group of other people - and playing it off like you were cleaning house) you can say something like "Yeah I try to keep my facebook limited to people in my personal life, or people I see regularly to keep it from getting out of control." ---leading into, "Well maybe we should hang out then.." if she gets mad at you for deleting her.
if she doesn't respond, then you know it was a waste of your time anyway. and you at least get to save some face, like you didn't give a shit.
what you DON'T want it to look like is this - you deleted her SOLELY - that shows that you DO give a shit, and care too much.

deleting her will not solve my problem...(that is calling her) ..which i think i already lost a reason to call her.
