Fairfax County Public Schools to teach kids there's no such thing as boys or girls

I must be an old-timer, because when I was going to school there were no "transgender students." This was all of 10 years ago.

Funny how that works.

When I was at school there was no such thing as "gay teens".*

Now, if you believe the media - for example journofraud Sabrina Rudin Erdely's "One Town's War On Gay Teens" - adolescent bum-bandits are everywhere. And they're all holding razor blades, poised to off themselves at the first unkind word or Christian message.

*We weren't naive. We knew homosexuality was a thing. We suspected the effeminate, sarcastic boy with fabulous personal grooming and the girl with sideburns might bat for the other side. But "gay teen" wasn't a celebrated identity in those days. Nobody encouraged them to prance out of the closet, and school most definitely wasn't the place to explore any kind of sexuality.

It was where you shut up and learned stuff like maths and played sports and sneaked cigarettes in the toilets.

At some point in the last 20 years, the supposed plight of "gay teens" became a cultural battering ram to force outright celebration of homosexuality onto the curriculum. Never mind the 98% of school kids who won't grow up to be gay - if you don't think little tots should be taught about the joys of salad-tossing, you hate children.

As an emotional blackmailing strategy, it's genius.

They say history repeats itself, first as tragedy, then as farce. We're now in the farce stage of school playground identity politics.

While gays are a tiny but culturally significant percentage of the overall population, trannies are so rare in real life that they may as well be unicorns. Big ugly pink unicorns with visible Adam's apples.

Their sudden prominence on the identity politics pity parade bears no relation to their numbers, it's because SJW's have already won all the political battles over homosexuality, and they needed something new to attack normal people with.

If parents are stupid enough to let gender deconstructivism into their kids' schools, it won't stop them from being assailed as hateful cis-shitlord bigots. The SJW's will segue into demanding some other goofy bullshit.

So when do they start having boys and girls shower together in gym class?

Teenage boys are going to troll the shit out of the school.

"I'm a girl! Let's get naked and shower together!"

And how can they say no? How do they know if he identifies as a boy or girl? I hope a male is refused his "right" to shower with other "girls" in school and sues the fuck out of them for millions of dollars, just like what would happen if a transgendered was refused.

I'm guessing when he is walking around with a tower of power in the shower....

Whoa whoa whoa you bigoted transphobe.

Gender and sexual orientation are not the same thing, and they are fluid. Identifying as boy, girl, non binary, or anything else does not mean that you are sexually attracted to the opposite.

A trans woman can certainly still be attracted to other women.

Good God, I used to live in Fairfax County.

I am so glad I got the fuck out Northern Virginia. It is in many ways a microcosm of everything that sucks about America.

-Endless expanse of sprawling cookie-cutter suburbs filled with boring, cookie-cutter government drones and MIC lackeys.
-Expensive; taxes out the ass
-ridiculous red tape and bureaucracy
-corporate chains; complete lack of culture, soul or character to the area anywhere except Old Town Alexandria and maybe some parts of Arlington
-Horrific traffic
-Terrible sprawled out infrastructure- impossible to do anything without driving
-A spillover DC fattitude
-rat race mentality

And now this- SJW lunatic propaganda put in children's heads- made possible by the taxpayer.

It's like we live in some crazy Twilight Zone episode where up is down, black is white, night is day and hamburgers eat people.

As far as this push to promote "transgenderism" goes, there are definitely some powerful people promoting this in the media, academia, etc...the question is why? Why this massive push for such fringe thing? There simply aren't enough transexual people in existence to warrant a massive social engineering campaign like this.

I predict schools, shows like SNL and Orange is the new Fuck or whatever will be pushing hermaphroditism next.

But woe betide any researcher who looks into how many of these ex men still prefer banging chicks to sucking cock.

Knowing how many did it to perv on women in the changing room would definitely affect the amount of real females supporting their delusions.

I keep waiting for the transracial students. THAT will be the game changer.

There are plenty already.

Many people have no clear idea what the difference between culture/nationality/race/religion is. So some people with mixed backgrounds have the advantage of being able to shift their "identity" however/whenever they want. Usually no one gets questioned on this unless it's something as silly as an Irish-German person saying they are "black".

I had an African American friend try to convince an Arab Egyptian friend that, by dint of Egypt being in Africa, that he should identify as African American/black and not hang out with more black people and fewer white people. My Egyptian friend didn't buy it, but if he did and wanted to be called "black" or "African American" no one would really think twice about it.

Every once in a while you hear a joke about white South African immigrants being called "African American". It sounds funny because obviously everyone just means "black" when they say "African American" but of course, a white South African is just as African as a white Argentinian is Latino.

I had a German-Jewish friend whose family moved from Germany back in the day to Argentina and then to the U.S. a few years later. No one in his family was a native Spanish-speaker. He claimed to be "Hispanic" on his college application. We gave him shit for that, because his family never really stayed there to develop roots there, it was just a stopover. But if his family had stayed there for a few generations no one would have a problem calling him Hispanic and letting him into college easier. As it is we felt like he "cheated" the system, but no one in the school would dare call him out and question his admission.

So it seems like the rules are already in place to accept trans-racial students.

I guess the issue would be if people started just filling out the wrong race to get easier access to good colleges en masse. However I believe it's illegal for colleges to require a photo or anything like that, so there seems to be little they could do to stop this. The "Hispanic" label is particularly rife for abuse since people of any racial background can theoretically be "Hispanic". Peru has a big Japanese population, but if white, indigenous and black Peruvians are Hispanic, then so must be Japanese Peruvians. And the Chinese are everywhere now, so a kid born to a Chinese person in Mexico may just as easily claim to be Hispanic as my German-Jewish friend did.

Yeah I've been doing the whole transracial thing my whole life. I'm white on (most) of my job applications and Asian or "mixed" on any school or government related application.

I thought transracial was when you physically change your skin color to another race, like Michael Jackson or Sammy Sosa.

I went through the FCPS system and graduated only a few years ago. I can't believe that the system has gotten so pathetic so quickly.

On another level, maybe 4-5% of the students will actually take this seriously. The ultra-left omegas/SJWs/"fringe group" kids whom nobody really cares about anyway. I remember a few people like that in my grade. A girl who identified as an "otaku" to seem different from other anime/manga people. A guy who was so left-wing that he made most of the other students look centrist.

Do you really think the top 5-10% of guys and girls really give a shit about sex ed? Hell, I wasn't in that top group (not even close), and my friends and I made fun of the damn thing all the time.

Basically, this all boils down to the left wanting the Big Brother government. "Protecting minorities" is a great way for the government to become more invested in people's lives. Hell, look at the backlash to religious freedom bills in Indiana and other states. It has nothing to do with free enterprise. It has EVERYTHING to do with "we need a big government, because making our own decisions is scary." Look at the whole "trigger warning" nonsense. It only exists because these people can't take anything potentially offensive.

Welcome to life! It sometimes is offensive. People disagree with each other! I strongly disagree with some posters on this board, and I'm sure others disagree with me. But guess what, we don't shout "trigger warning" and cover our ears. We deal with it like adults. "Trigger warnings" are a way for these SJW bigots to censor free speech.

I don't think that the decline is quite as steep as some would make it out to be. However, I do think that there's certainly been a paradigm shift in male-female relations over the last 50 years, and we're finally seeing what it's actually bringing. People are wondering why the younger generations don't want to get married. It's pretty fucking simple, if you ask me: there's no real reason to.

If you're not fucking her, someone else is.
