Balance the body muscles

Recieved a physical examination Friday for a job and found out my lower back, thighs, and glutes are improper. Especially the lower back which must be strengthened to support my slight hernia. The years of lifting at my old job put some strain there. Luckily, that can be fix with cranberry and more water. Lastly, workout and running to much was causing me a loss of calories, so I was wondering what should be my daily calories intake. The upper back and legs are excellent though.

He explain I had something call a floatation state on my belly button (hernia) when touch it move. There is build up fluid in the tiny veins. If it don't move, it is at a later stage which is not fix will can cause tumor or cancer. So I need a flush with cranberry and lot of water is something I can do to avoid something later.

I have that same hernia but I don't believe I have the flotation part. I was born (my doctor believes) with a hernia right across that abdominal wall band that crosses behind the belly button. Thus I have an outtie. My daughter whose got a ectomorph build like me has the same thing.

Despite asking them to tie her belly button tight and as far in as they could, she has an outtie too. Not protruding retarded looking, but it gives me a presser's belly appearance no matter what I do.

In fact I was at 9% body fat until I was about 27, and always had a slightly protruding belly due to it.

Yup. My hernia was bad where I avoid doing pushup because of the pain as a kid. Had the outie and everything. Now it is kind of small compare to back then, so I can do pushup without a problem. Sad your dughter have it because I always thought It was mainly a male thing.

I am now 179 lbs at 22 and I am clueless to my body fat percentage. You have any tips on what I stated in my first post? I can go into my workout routine if needed.

Ok. Bit of an update. I do deadlift, pelvic thrust, and another workout for back. I do squats, glutes kickbacks, and use the end of the weight bench for thighs and glutes. I have to make sure I drink a gallon of water and then some from now on. I am between 180 - 182 lbs now.
