I probably should have asked about this a long time ago.
there is less than a month left before it starts.

Its a Giant music festival. 5 days of acts.
People camp out.
Ive heard a couple people talk about it..but I havent gotten any major details on the inside.
I went to Balaton Sound and got good data on that though

I heard that 100k people are suppose to show up on the on the friday.. and possibly 500k for the entire fest

It's actually pretty simple. Since I work here and pay taxes as any Hungarian, besides healthcare and other benefits we get some extra 'money' in both coupons and a card. Depending on the type of coupon you get some stuff. I put a bunch in the 'culture' coupons and it turns out you can pay Sziget with it because concerts count as culture.

Whatsup guys. First post, off and on trolling these forums. Heading to BUD tonight and will be there through next week for Sziget. Few friends from around the world coming to join as well, we rented a place in the city center, forget camping although we've got camping passes so we can hit the warmup shows. I hope nobody takes it wrong but I hit Sziget exclusively with close friends. I've had bad experiences in the past with people I barely knew who lashed out at me because I didn't help them 'score' or for some other weird reason.

I went to Sziget 2 years ago when I lived there.

It was great!

You can see videos on the acts 2 years ago on Sziget's youtube channel. Yep they got their own youtube channel so you can see what it is like.

What do you want to know?

Personally I just stayed at my apartment, took the boat over to the festival around noon, partied there they whole day and then took the last boat back and slept in my nice warm bed.

I went with a girl I seeing at the time so I have no clue what its like for meeting girls.

Sziget thus far has been fucking awesome, highly recommended both for the women, easy hookups and the party. Lots of brits and dutch but mostly locals at least thats been my experience thus far. If you play it right you can get multiple hookups in a day, it's pretty nuts, especially with the parties going until 5am+ and starting back up again a few hours later.

Really playing up the American card out here to great effect as well.

easiest way to get a make out..if you really want us..is to go to the techno colosseum..and post near the bar..girls will come in groups to get drinks..

I'll be there tomorrow for the Outkast concert. I went on monday shit was pretty crazy. I didnt do too much hunting except for making out with some french chick. There were quiet a few sexy women working the booths.
I actually met up with one of the girls.
I met her on tinder and she was working at the front gate..She was DTF but.. we only met briefly at a venue before she had to get back to work.





Here is a random video I took.
Since sziget is considered a culture festival also.
There are a million booths and areas where they have art exhibits, Student centers.
Giant mazes and famous hungarian puzzle rooms.
They even have a circus during the day.

They give you a "passport" which you can get stamped at every part of the fest. Its just bragging rights. But Its a interesting concept, to call the festival its own country. kinda like kazantip?
