I like Dwight Howard. I like his commitment to the gym, his two hand dunks and domination on defense. However, I saw this vid recently and it had me wondering.

Then I start to check my brainbox and I remember that ATL pumps out poofs by the tonnes.

He's a cornball, but I doubt he's bisexual. Word around the league is that nobody respects or likes him. Only guy people hate more is Blake Griffin. Jealousy is probably a factor, as both guys are superhuman in terms of their natural athleticism. Griffin gets more respect from me though, because of the way he carries himself and how he's improved his game every year he's been in the league. Dwights decline started in 2012, and it's gonna start looking pretty ugly in the next couple of years. I feel like Griffin will have a much better decline when his athleticism starts to wane à la Old Man Riverwalk.

To me, there was nothing surreptitious about that grope. I'd be more willing to believe he was bisexual if there was a rumor in OK magazine about it. Going off what Slim said, I remember when I was a freshman playing football in high school, the amount of very borderline gay stuff that happened in terms of hazing was oftentimes a bit much. At the very, very least, I could always expect one of the seniors to yell out "Hey!" when he was showering just so I would turn around to see him swinging his dong around like a lasso. Unless you'd like to subscribe to the notion that everyone from frat boys to athletes who participate in this kind of horseplay, I think you'll have to write this off as nothing more than messing around.

I don't know about that shit. I have been on and lead jiu-jitsu teams and wrestling teams. Amateur to pro. We are grappling on each other all day long. Horseplay is very common. Even a few guys play grab ass and act crazy to get another guy to roll with them.

All that said, I have never seen another dude grab someone else's dick. Not even once. That would have been a full on brawl on the spot. There is a line with horseplay. The dick was it. The closest thing I have seen would be football players in the locker room towel snapping someone's nuts or ass. Anything else and that is just homoerotic.

If that is what a NBA locker room is like, something is wrong with those guys. BJJ and MMA guys don't even act like that.

With Bosh it was excusable, they're about the same size and Garnett is an all-time great. Bosh is about 10 years younger but Garnett is a first ballot HOFer so it was what it was.

Dwight should not have been dominated by Garnett the way he was, given that he is also 10 years younger than Garnett and has about 20 pounds of muscle over Garnett.

Regarding Blake Griffin, I don't think he is soft anymore. I remember a few years back when he used to get bullied by Zach Randolph, but now he seems to be coming into his own. He doesn't dunk much anymore, but as he said it's to conserve energy for the playoffs.

As for Dwight Howard, completely soft. Chris Bosh, borderline gay but probably just reeeeally metro.

I don't follow basketball at all but was just minutes ago reading an article that talked about him. According to the piece, one of the reasons he was signed is his unique defensive contribution.

Despite losing in the 2010 Finals..Garnett manhandled Gasol that year and in the 2008 one resulting in a championship. He did a great job of meshing in the Celtics system with less responsibilities allowing him to be a more tough minded physical presence.
