Here in the Philippines I am getting to a slightly better level of game despite my inherent Beta nature.
It's so clear the rewards of good game for me would be getting from 6 to 8 (with enough work) and that would be huge boost in self-esteem and QOL. In the west the question was more one of fear of harassment complaints from 5-6 girls, the potential rewards just seemed to make trying pointless.
Some things that are different--
Higher tolerance for Beta behavior ( verbal expression of affection, talking about marriage etc. ) although there is a limit to that.
They also much like Western girls in private admit to liking being harshly dominated, called a slut etc.
However some things are worse. One is some girls have a rabid insistence on you meeting their family if want to bang them on an ongoing basis.
For at least two girls flat avoidance refusal ("I'm going to be busy the day you want me to meet your sister and her kids") has been an immediate deal breaker. When I wouldn't do it, it basically caused a shitstorm, they kept refusing to meet me or were so angry about it I didn't want to meet them.
I was trying to form a model of how to keep sex going while facing these seemingly conflicting demands.
What I came up with, which may sort of apply to women in all cultures ( they all will deny it , so you know it's true) is this:
Your primary survival value is protection of kids, so they want you physically around. You would probably fight to protect them and kids, if only because you're fighting for yourself, so you need to be physically present to keep the pussy flowing.
BUT-- they want the tough guy around, the emotional strong guy who doesn't care about tribal enemy disapproval also doesn't care about her approval. So you should be around but be emotionally distant, or at least the appearance of it, which of course sucks because then if you're in love you always have to put on an act of being detached except for rare brief instances of somewhat ambiguous declaration.
I'm sure I could have gone to meet the sister been superficially cordial and not even bothered being charmed or very interested, and that would have given her the needed status boost and reassurance. I'm already thinking of how I can have a fake phone call get me out of the next unwanted family meeting. I mean, these girls are hardly interesting enough to hang out with even when they're banging you-- the idea of wasting time with the Mother Hen sister is just appalling.

I think even if you ask a girl to marry her she'd rather have some asshole game presentation like "Well, there's no one else cute around" delivered with a tongue in cheek demeanor that allows her to fantasize you love her but never be sure.
It's paradox that being in love is one of life's greatest joys, but it's only acceptable to express it through music.
The fundamental male tragedy is no one will ever really love you except, if you were lucky, your mother.
The fundamental female tragedy is only your kids will really love you, and men will be disgusted with you after you are a certain age.
