I don't understand that aspect of divorce. Why the hell a woman is entitled to so much of a man's money. Sure if she's had a couple kids, the father should be obligated to make sure the kids are taken care of, but what the hell is this crap? A woman can just rob a man for millions of dollars with the full enforcement of the state. It's such bullshit. If you have millions in net worth, unless you are marrying an Oprah or some other woman that has her own shit, I wouldn't even think about getting married without a prenup.

The divorce laws were set up centuries before women's lib.
Divorce was rare, but if a woman did divorce
- aside from being a social pariah
- she was skill-less and therefore destitute.

The last 40 years have changed the playing field in West and we're still seeing the effects.
