This is technically true, but she is obviously being extremely disingenuous here. If you take care of your body and work out, you WON'T EVER be a size 22, save for some rare disease or condition. Some women who are tall, big boned, busty or very curvy (by the real definition of the word) are considered "plus-size" as far as clothes go, even if they are healthy and in no way fat.
