I have a Newbie thread here, but I thought my little mental journey over a 10 day course recently may be of interest to the intermediates out there in the mental push ups a player may go through.

The week before this happened, this happened.

So going into this 10 day run here is what I had set up:

I'm not even through reading your whole post but I have to say, this must be a beach town thing (I also live in a west coast beach town).
