Biased NPR reporting started war on "rape culture"

Surprise, surprise.

Lefties, please keep this in mind the next time the Republicans try and defund NPR. It's not about silencing the truth, unless by truth you mean "pravda."

"I'm not worried about fucking terrorism, man. I was married for two fucking years. What are they going to do, scare me?"

Christina H. is an intelectual-unicorn. Her work/research is of high quality and also writen in a easy to understand form.

I highly recommend all her youtube videos. (Factual feminist)

Example: Top 5 Feminist Myths

"Christina Hoff Sommers is a resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute. She is author of The War Against Boys and Freedom Feminism: Its Surprising History–and Why it Matters. "

Dude, you don't just post a link with the text "surprise surprise."

You are right though: I was surprised. But not how you expected me to be surprised. I was surprised when I clicked your link and saw a 50,000 word essay that I'm not going to even skim because it's longer than the Brothers Karamazov.

This has been discussed to death: you quote the highlights and your arguments if you're going to post a news thread.

There's a few women that I respect in this world, and Christina Hoff Sommers is one of them. Doesn't matter if you're a PUA, MGTOW or MRA and you hate or don't respect the other factions.

Her book The War Against Boys is a must read for everyone. This woman went through the trenches of the Feminist Fascist Movement hard and documented it. Kudos to her

The media is making college rape culture worse.

Ironically it's always the people who say they're trying to not make rape an issue by fighting against it... that make rape an issue. Or at least more of an issue than what it actually is in the real world.

To get into my university, it is a requirement that you watch this 2-hour long sexual assault prevention video. They even said in the beginning of it that "some parts are different depending if you're a guy or a girl". Like what. I'd like to see what those differences are, and why.

Last year, I shit you not, everyone attending my university got an email as a sort-of campus 'notice' because some dude forced an uncomfortable hug on this girl after he walked her back to her dorm. And I guess she reported it.

Edit: Found the email. I guess it was a little worse than I remember, but still just college weekends for ya.
