Quick favor from someone in Europe (esp Germany)?

I am in NYC trying to book the City Night Line sleeper train from Zurich to Prague on Jan 18.

http://www.bahn.de gives me this error (and has for the last few days):

No online booking possible.
Unfortunately there is no online booking possible for the requested connection. This is due to one of the following reasons. Neither an Online-Ticket (for self printing) nor a seat reservation can be offered. The deadline for booking the requested journey has passed. For deliveries inside Germany the deadline is 2 working days. For deliveries into foreign countries the deadline will be up to 8 working days (Mo.-Fr. until 16:00 o'clock).
For alternative connections, please start a new request.

This error could mean one of two things:
1) Trains are sold out
2) They can't mail the tickets to NYC in time

If it is #1 I will find another route, but if it is #2 (and there is availability) I will just show up and book from the station.

Could someone currently in Europe check and let me know?

Did you try to buy through Swiss railways, I always buy from local operators.

You need a valid passport/id card and credit card to do online ordering. Are you sure that you have selected, the "Online-Tickets only" option? Maybe it works without seat reservation? If the online ticket is not available, you have the deadline of 8 working days.
Try it on the Swiss site. http://www.sbb.ch/en/home.html
Or book at the counter as soon as you arrive in Zurich.

Did you get an option for an online ticket? Because I did (I registered with DB Bahn) and it took me all the way to the payment screen. So I assume tickets are still available, see if you can register with them first.

This is the train that leaves Zurich at 19:42, right?

Just make sure to create an account you can get your tickets emailed to you or you can save them on your phone with the DB app. Right now you can get a seat for 29 euros, or bed in 6 person cabin for 49 euro or 4 person cabin 59 euro. Make sure to book as far in advance as you can to get low prices.

Yeah and just as a note, normally you can only book at the train carriers from the endpoints, so if it's Zurich to Prague then it has to be Swiss or Czech train operator. Good job on finally booking.
