The Omica is the best Shower Filter on the market that I know of. It contains Activated Alumina which should remove at least 70-80% of Fluoride, and it contains rare minerals and quartz crystal.

The result is a shower that leaves you feeling amazingly clean and energised. The only better shower you will get is from under a waterfall - even when you are filtering crappy municipal water. I have even travelled with this, and it is not too hard to install most of the time.

The problem is, you need to replace the whole unit every 6-9 months, but to my mind this is about as well spent as money ever gets.

I use the Omica filter also. Right now, I consider it the best on the market.

This is an old discussion, there's another thread somewhere else saying the same thing. . .untill a member of the forum who was an actual dentist pretty much flat out debunked it. Besides, if you're worried about lower testosterone from flouride, then you need to head over to "The dude's Steak" Thread and combine that with lifting weights

No dentist has ever debunked it -- period. The dentists who say that fluoride and mercury fillings are safe are no better than doctors who state that refined foods do not affect your health and that vitamin supplements are only good for producing colored urine.

If you want to stay healthy, you must perform your own research and not rely on anyone else.

Look, I like protecting my testosterone just like any other guy but I think the problems here are overblown.

The affect of xenoestrogens is small, but the compounding effects of this mixed with a sedentary lifestyle and poor food obviously contributes to the overall hipsterization effects we are seeing.

If you're afraid of your test levels being affected that greatly, just hit the gym and lead an active lifestyle. You'll end up just fine.

Fine by me. I have some of these white splotches on a few teeth after being put on fluoride for a few months as a child.

Good, I recently started buying some of this heavily filtered and processed water from a place in town and the taste is definitely different. Given that my water is also extremely hard as well, this stuff is even cleaner than bottled water to my taste.
