Whata the best way to handle bitches in the work place?

The ones who are abrasive and think thay being a bitch means they are doing something right- how do you handle that type?

Outside of the office it is best to treat them like a spoiled niece and not take them seriously. I do a backturn when a chick has a bad attitude. There is no point in givng them the time of day.

At work, everything is tilted in her favor. If you don't bow down and suck her asshole you draw the ire of HR.

So what can you do without fucking up your money situation?

Yep, have the same problem here. And if you are an alpha in that environment, they wanna go for you. How can you NOT have sex in these situation because you cannot control these crazy women. And if you deny any them, they get jealous and you can lose everything because she did not get want she wanted.

This is why I won't have an HR department.

Tough situation, I've been there.

HR is there to serve management, not you. Although HR is always a woman, in my experience, they've seen so many crazy bitches that they won't defend them. The problem lies in that the crazy bitch is 1) a lawsuit waiting to happen 2) usually a friend of someone (usually a woman) with a lot of power in the company (i.e. a partner, executive).

So avoid them like the plague. If you have to deal with them, always remain calm. Nothing enrages a crazy bitch more than a calm man. One thing I've always done when I've had it with a crazy bitch and their childish temper tantrums is to calmly ask "what's wrong with you?", and then watch them melt down and destroy themselves. In other words, don't get brought down to their level.

You'll end up having to defend yourself in front of HR (who'll very likely take your side) and a partner. But again, just remain calm. When this happened to me I just stuck to "I'm here to be a professional and do my job. I understand that people can have emotional days here and there, but this is unacceptable and I'm tired of dealing with this behavior. And I'm sure I'm not the only one". The last part is key if you are confident that others agree with you.

Ignore them. Keep communication to a minimum. They are just part of the furniture.

Bitches are just another form of bad employees. Bad employees will be everywhere and you have to deal with bitches the same way you deal with bad employees.

Follow these steps:

I would suggest
a) Be more valuable than the bad employee. This is huge. A lot of employees who complain about other employees have a greatly over inflated sense of self-worth and they are shit-bags themselves. From the perspective of a boss, he wouldn't mind getting rid of both YOU and the bitch, or maybe even just you and others get along with the bitch well enough.. So be a better workers & more important than the bitch. This is probably the most important rule. I cant stress enough how many people complain about other employees when they themselves are just as bad or oftentimes even worse.

b) making it known to HR/your boss that a problem exists early on. Do NOT state anything about this being gender-related. State your reasons - is the bad employee asking you to do too much when you have your own work to do? Creating a bad working environment by distracting workers with tales from their personal life when they should be focused on work? etc, etc. Start this early on so that HR has a track record of your difficulty. Do not make too much of a fuss because then you'll be a liability, but just enough so that it's on their radar

c) document the times she is a bitch to you and what exactly happened on a little notebook. Records are important to state your case later on. Most people don't do records but they are incredibly important simply for this reason.

d) politely communicate with the bitch and try to come up with a win-win situation. This is really key because what makes workplaces flow is verbal communication. Relationships are often about nonverbal communication, but workplaces are all about the verbal communication to work out problems.

^^This.

Always make the complaint center on how your work is being affected, and not about the person themselves.
Document everything, including email exchanges.
"So-and-so is keeping me from doing my job effectively" is a much stronger argument than "So-and-so is being a bitch."

As a rule of thumb, I find amused mastery works best.

But it depends on what type of bitch you're dealing with.

The Lazy Bitch
[Image: 10yq2oo.jpg]

The type of bitch who spends her days on Facebook, gossiping with the other bitches, and resents you for trying to get her to do the work she's paid for. Often found in junior admin jobs, e.g. purchasing, customer services, accounts.

Stock phrases of the lazy bitch:

"I'm waiting for X before I can do Y"
"It's Friday afternoon so can't this wait till Monday?"
"I have to go home early because my cat is sick!"

Dealing with a lazy bitch:
* If you're her boss, performance-manage her out of the business.
* If not, you're going to have to either constantly stay on top of her to get consistent work out of her, escalating to her line manager as necessary, or find someone else to do what you need. Sometimes a lazy bitch can be trained to buck up her ideas if she learns that you will keep chasing her till she prioritises your requests, but she'll backslide as soon as you stop riding her arse.

The Middle Aged Bitch
[Image: 1zp6wt1.jpg]

The older bitch is often found in payroll or credit control. Having done the same job for 20 years she thinks she knows better than youngsters like you. Tends to be stuck in her ways and a big fan of petty rules and processes. Can be a major bottleneck.

Stock phrases of the middle aged bitch:

"You need to get X signed off by Y, then ask your manager to request an expedite, then wait 3 weeks..."
"Have you followed THE PROCESS?"

Dealing with a middle aged bitch:
* Older bitches are usually the easiest to fix. Just turn on a bit of masculine charm and some light flirting. These dried-up old battleaxes crave male attention as much as any woman - but because they're menopausal they rarely get any. A little bit of cheeky banter goes a long way with these ladies.

The Crazy Bitch
[Image: 2u90pqp.jpg]

Sometimes you will come across an honest-to-fruitloop, genuine, 24-carat crazy bitch at work. She will probably seem normal at first, maybe even charming. But soon, her crazy bitchiness will out in a mushroom cloud of drama. Crying, stories about how everybody is out to get her, and multiple complaints to HR will follow.

Stock phrases of the crazy bitch:

"Becky and Sandra and Louise are all against me! And so are Natalie, and Zara, and the other Becky, and the janitor, and..."
"Stop harrassing me!!!"

Dealing with a crazy bitch:
Like you were handling an eggshell filled with plutonium. You can't fix crazy. You can only try to protect yourself from crazy till it eventually goes on long term sick leave or is sacked. Do NOT allow yourself to be alone with her. Keep all communication strictly professional and neutral in tone. Don't criticise her to her face - she WILL take it personally and try to "get" you. And she won't be constrained by things like facts or logic or plausibility. Make her boss aware of her crazy behaviour at every opportunity (unless he's fucking her). If you are her boss, have a quiet chat with HR and get their help in moving her on at the first opportunity.

The Queen Bee Bitch
[Image: v2tk6a.jpg]

In every group of females there is an Alpha Bitch. The top bitch in a pack of hyenas makes lesser females lick her engorged clitoris as a sign of submission. Human females aren't much different. The Queen Bee bitch will usually be a team leader or middle manager lording it over a bunch of other girls in Purchasing or Customer Service. That's fine until they start to forget their place in the grand scheme of things, and need reminding that their job is to deal with the girly admin work so you can do a man's job - not the other way around.

Stock phrases of the Queen Bee bitch:

"I'm too busy* to do this right now" (*she means important)
"I'm copying in your manager!"

Dealing with a queen bee bitch:
* Carrot and stick: a mix of amused mastery, politely but firmly letting her know you aren't taking her shit, and a bit of praise and smiles when she bends to your will.
* Don't supplicate. Alpha bitches hate beta boys as much as all women do.
* Don't escalate her bitchiness. Smirk at it. If she steps over the line, react with polite incredulity:

Your goal here is to herd these cats in the direction you want them to go. Remember - it should never be personal for you, but for women everything is personal. Stay calm, stay professional, and maintain your frame as a man who expects to be obeyed, and most types of bitch will fall into line.

This is everything, great summary.

No matter what, stay calm. One should throw in the occasional "I understand" and try to appear empathetic, but always keep your cool and let the crazy nutcase destroy herself.

I had a hot looking bitch at work get on my case for something I didnt have any part of. I treated her with disdain and ignored her for a couple of weeks. She started avoiding me. I treat her nice once, just a little bit, and she started to suck up to me. Now Im ignoring her again. Attractive women hate rejection and are clueless how to handle it. Never let a woman get under your skin. They must understand you are in charge of you.

It's possible to beat them at their own game. You need to strike first with the boss and get in the first word(subtly). Using the classic Alinsky tactic and subtly provoking them can be effective. As crazy as a lot of these girls are it's not difficult to get them to behave in a manner erratic enough to, at a bare minimum, give ammunition to other girls in the office who don't like them. Another point: divide and conquer. You obviously can't do anything blatant like starting rumors but a well placed "reply all" can be surprisingly effective.
