Most of the time if you simply interpret what a woman says as if she were saying "I feel like..." then you can believe it. That's why they're able to believe their own shit - in the moment it feels real to them. As others have pointed out, what they choose to divulge out of the blue is very telling. If a girl just blurts out something like, "You're the only guy I've slept with in the past year", you can bet your ass she's thinking about the guy she slept with last week and how it doesn't feel like it counts anymore.
