CM,
I'm anxiously looking forward for your Davao data sheet man! Of all the places in the Phils, this is the place I want to know as much as possible about it before going there. So don't make us wait too long man, drop that data sheet asap![Image: smile.gif]

I will my friend, as soon as I have gone to the beaches. Havent been to the beach yet, because mall and internet game have kept me busy every day and I also got sick one week, with the fever and flu. One thing I would say is that beach and night game are unnecessary here, as internet and day game will keep you too busy. Also, you wont get one night stands with normal girls here at night clubs, as there is too much social pressure against it, but you can bang a girl the first date, if you spend several hours at the mall with her and venue change.
The conclusion of the data sheet will be that it is the most livable and comfortable city in the Philippines. Any other city will either be too small or if you choose Cebu or Manila, you will have more beggars, filthy streets, too much p4p and semi pros.

Thanks amigo! I have spent 3 weeks in Cebu last year so I'm a bit familiar with living in the Phils. However, don't even mention Manila as I will only use that as a connection hub for flying in and out of the country only. Have you spent time in Cebu? How would you compare general living conditions, people's attitude, girls' friendliness and approachability along cost of living in both cities? How long are you going to be in the Phils? Btw, how far are the beaches from Davao City? Any heavenly beach nearby?

Are you saying Colombian food is even worse?!?

But surely I'll be back to Phils; the country is so great that I can tolerate the crappy food.

Hey cr33 send me your email and ill give you my cell number. Get a smart (most popular cell company here ) chip in the airport in Manila or ASAP.

If you travel around, get at least two (I had Smart and Sun). They use different base stations and you can easily get into the situation where only one of them has reception.

Also most girls have two as SMS are cheaper between the same network. With a large enough load you'll get a lot of free SMS as well.

Also Smart is more expensive than Sun (your money last longer on Sun) but only Smart was giving me Internet access. It was 3G but it was quite crappy everywhere, even in Davao.

How long you gonna stay in Davao?

I've been to both cities and I'd say it is the same.
Davao is too fucking huge. Prepare to spend a lot on taxis. If there was no wakeboarding park I wouldn't probably even go there. The park was really cool though. 400 peso ($10) for the whole day of fun.

If you go to the wakeboarding park in Davao, say hi to the guys from a dude who broke a leg there last November [Image: smile.gif]

Yes for sure ii is better than colombian food. Got sick of the bandejas, empanadas and frijoles pretty fast and was even eating alot of chinese and american food. Though filipino food is near the bottom in Asia, if you are a meat lover it is pretty good.

Take a 7 pesos jeepney, i did that all the time. You can also meet girls on there, i was staying with a friend in davao but i was bringing so many girls to his house that he became a bit grumpy about it. I had to bring some girls to a hotel for the night. i brought them to a 450 pesos place, no luxuries but good enough. Once i banged a 19year with big lips and walked out of the hotel, got in to a jeepney and picked up a girl sitting on there within minutes. i banged her the next day, she had even bigger lips and took it up the bum.

I did a lot of night game at Torres street but got too known there. If you're almost the only white dude around a 1000 flippos, you stand out. And if girls see you with lots of other girls, than its game over soon. I had that problem after a few weeks.

My gaming skills weren't even that good back than but i knew how to lie my ass off just like those girls there. 100 texts a day was a normal day. Real gaming i learned in South America.

Why lie? Every girl I met I told straight away I'm in the city only for a week, and I'm not looking for a GF/wife. This actually speeds things up, as she doesn't have to play a "good girl" to you.

Weather-wise it was definitely much better than southern Thailand. I even walked around one day wearing slacks, in Thailand it would be just impossible.

Jeepneys make sense if you have a lot of free time and tight budget. Be very careful about pickpocketers there.

Get a dual sim cell phone. You can put both smart and globe sims inside of it. I actually only have a smart sim in my phone, as that is more common than globe. It works well. You can find the "My phone". It should cost 888 pesos, or is it 999? I can't remember. It's the cheapest one.

Agreed. Just tell them straight up what's up. Most of these girls don't even ask me for money, and sometimes they buy me shit.

I agree filipinas are disappointing visually speaking. I think girls look better even in India.

To answer your question. I WILL be going back to Philippines -- hopefully next month. This time I plan to stay for four months.
Why leave the Ukraine, especially when it will be getting warmer soon? I thought you liked Ukrainian girls the best?

Shorts and flip-flops or slippers as they call them in Philippines. Dress is very informal. Nicer places just wear nicer ones.

I'll wear shorts, flip flips and a tank top or short sleeve button up in the day time if I'm just goin out for food or whatever. At night I will wear a nice short sleeve button up because long sleeve is too hot, designer, well fitting jeans and I always rock all white sneakers, which get dirty as fuck way too fast in Thailand. Think it's an American/California thing. Out here all white shoes are damn near considered dress shoes for someone under thirty, but other countries I think people look down on them.

I wear long sleeve shirt at night often in BKK, it's not that bad. Shoes do get far too dirty, I have some slip on grey plimsoles and they are almost turned black with the dirt. I keep meaning to look for a new pair.
