Please critique my morning smoothie

What's the purpose of your shake?

Mine for example is to optimize athletic performance; others are trying to build muscle, some are trying to be healthy, etc. Theres a variety of different vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other shits that are more effective than others based on what you're trying to do with your shake...

So what's your goal for taking the shake?

Attraction and passion are non-negotiable

Just keep the coconut oil and whey protein (half a scoop), put this in a cup of coffee (no decaf) = magic.
