Is someone a Player if he can't get different types?

I have ran into guys who are only successful within their circle or with a certain type. If you threw them in a random city, they would be like fish out of water and go months or possibly years with no sex. E.g. A country boy in a small town who has his pick of the redneck girls who he has grown up with, a moto cross rider in California who looks like a member of the band Blink 182 and gets a new bleach blond surfer type every weekend, a local rapper who has a tiny bit of fame and lives off of his groupies. Are these guys coconsidered players if they can not replicate their success in different environments?

Players adapt, so to answer your question, no, they're not players.

Scenario 1
Big man on campus frat boy bangs every soror in site.

Gets a job at a prestigious consulting firm and gets sent to the big city.

He can't get a date to save his life.

Did he have game in college?

Scenario 2
Normal dude who doesn't relate to chicks in school
Gets a job at a multi-national.

Job moves him abroad.

Suddenly, he has multiple chicks checking for him. Even the American chicks who wouldn't give him the time of day back home.

Does he have game now?

Scenario 3

Club king goes from scene to scene smashing chicks. Drunk or high, always looking cool, he's never not gotten ass when he went out. Vegas, DC, Ibiza, Paris, London, Capetown...if the music is pumping and the liquor is flowing, he'll be fucking.

Heading to Home Depot to find a new bracket for his living room bar, he comes across a super cute chick in the fixtures aisle. He doesn't know what to say?

Does he have game?

If you can't even attempt to talk to and game a girl who's different than what your used to, your not a player in my book.

This is a philosophical question which boils down to this point: WHAT IS GAME?

If we define Game as the ability to sleep with lots of beautiful women then the Frat Boy, Club King and Country Boy have bucket loads of Game.

However the problem lies in that the Game they have developed for themselves has been overly 'specialized' and suited for only specific types of girls hence they would struggle if placed in a different environment.

Let's take the small town country boy as an example: Imagine he grew up as the Biggest Beta in the Smallest Town in Texas. Now imagine he took the initiative to improve himself and he began learning the principles of Game and how to sleep with the hot women in his surrounding area. Imagine that this Boy boosts his notch count into a double figure. Does he have Game?

Undoubtedly this boy would struggle if he moved to New York for example but is it reasonable to expect a kid somewhere in Texas to spend his time learning how to sleep with girls in New York? What about the strategy he developed? Doesn't it deserve to be called Game? Surely he must be considered to be a player in his town?

To answer your question: A person who can sleep with tonnes of girls in one environment but fails to replicate his success elsewhere IS a player but his nature is one-dimensional so he still has a lot to learn.

The ability to sleep with lots of beautiful women regardless of which environment you're in make one a great fully rounded player which is something most of us aspire to become. However we cannot deny that the guy who can sleep with lots of hot women in one specific area does have SOME semblance of Game although this Game needs to be further developed to become a 'true player'.

Undoubtedly, for every seasoned player, there is a location where he is going to have trouble, at least initially.

I think that real test of a player is to see what he can achieve in one months time in a new location.

I think it goes without saying that different venue types and different locations require different skills. A strong daygamer might never be much good at nightgame. However, he's still going to pull more often in any location that someone without game.

There's a fair few "civilian' non-pickup guys out there who have decent sex lives exclusively coming from a fishbowl. There's plenty of faggot ass musicians who couldn't get laid to save their lives if it wasn't for their band, for example.

That said, niches are important. It's better to do really well with a niche or two and not so well with every other type, then moderately well across the board. This is because if you tailor yourself really well to a niche and put yourself in an environment where your surrounded by that niche you'll get a high volume of "Yes girls" who are really into and/or belong to that type. Being an every man may get you less "No girls" and more "Maybe girls", but because you lose out on some valuable "Yes girls" overall you leave both quantity AND quality of pussy on the table (the hottest girls can be afford to be more picky about whether a guy belongs to her neo-tribe/type/sub-culture).

A true player must be able to pull any kind of girl. The reality is that game is universal to the female gender, so if you cannot pull every type of girl, then you are not using game, but something else. You are using a particular kind of value that appeals to subgroup of women. Some would call that game, but it is isn't. Game is universal.

So the answer is no. A good player should be able to pull girls from all parts of the beauty curve, good girls, bad girls, different nationalities and races, different temperaments, different attitudes towards life, sluts, virgins, 18 year olds all the way up to MILFs.

I agree with this even though there are certain types that I'm not yet great at playing (ferals and hippies) which is why I keep practicing on them, not so much because I'm attracted to them but to up my game and ability to adapt. I guess I also just like the competition and challenge.

You have to do what women do. Be a social chameleon. Change up your style of dress and move in many different social circles. Guys typically have 2 social circles ...their friends and their colleagues(work friends).

Some aspects of Game are universal. All types of women will be attracted to

dancing skills
good fashion
confidence
good looks
money
preselection
fame/popularity
teasing/sense of humour
touching

So a 'real player' should be able to score almost anywhere because women are wired the same. E.g that guy from Gambia got dozens of girls from Austria.

Don't debate me.
