Which bring me to my next point. I have one advice if you're a black dude unsure about your looks and scared to talk. Take a walk. Now at the last minute, look back if you see a female. Not for her ass, but at her head. If you caught her looking back or a slight head turn. A big booty cutie who is attention starve decide to call up her cute pal. They proceed to walk and whisper " Will he look?" Cute pal will report her findings to big booty cutie. You hear yelling and denial or dreams about lack of a man from a group of single and taken girls. Guess how these scenarios turn out while walking. That right, you wouldn't know because you kept your mouth close. Or you believe in nonsense such as the problem of catcall and other trash.

The Village Voice is reporting that the woman who starred in this video, Shoshana Roberts, is suing almost everyone involved. She feels she was paid too little ($200) and got nothing but hate. Plus (get this) even though she auditioned foe a viral video, she didn't think it would go viral. Hahahaha.
I think it serves them right for pushing their bullshit agenda with this fabrication of a video (I consider selective editing a form of fabriction). They should have known there would be blowback.

Debjani Roy, deputy director of Hollaback!, says Bliss approached her group "to see if he could put a call to donate to Hollaback! at the end of the video to raise awareness about street harassment." TMZ also reports that Roberts is suing Google, YouTube, and T.G.I. Friday's — which released a parody video called "#AppCalling." (Most of the parody videos were terrible, but that one is especially bad.)

YouTube! Google! TG-effing-Fridays! Who else will she sue? Ironically, not any of the men who allegedly "harassed" her in that video.

A copy of the initial filing can be seen here. Just to clarify for those unfamiliar, in NY the "Supreme Court" does not mean the highest court here - it is the initial court for civil cases.

I don't know NY Law well enough (yet) to competently comment on this, but from a brief review of the law I'm confused at exactly what they are trying to argue here. While there was no written consent, she volunteered to do this. There seem to be exceptions where a photographer, for example, uses his model's pictures in his work. Sounds like it would carry over. Also the compensatory damages seem to be housed mostly on emotional distress, so any real money she would get would be from punitive damages.
