Seems that a new ferry route is about to open, in just a few days : from Cartagena (Colombia) to Colon and Bocas (Panama).

Given that Cartagena ( http://www.rooshvforum.network/thread-1833.html ) and Bocas del Toro ( http://www.rooshvforum.network/thread-36651.html ) both have a very good reputation here, many people can be interested

Seems like a waste of time with the new VivaColombia flights to Panama Pacifico from MDE and PTY that have been selling for under $100 whenever I've looked at them.

I guess if this turns into a party boat it could be quite fun, but they do already have boats that sail around those islands for hire.
