I think the video is blowing this out of proportion. I suspect that the very vast majority of these female sex tourists do this mostly for the novelty factor or because they want to "find themselves", not because they cannot get laid.

There are so many guys who are 50+ or even 60+ y/o who would jump at the opportunity to have sex with a 40 year old woman, especially the super-omega types or the guys who are now single after a divorce etc. Even a lot of thirsty younger guys wouldn't mind banging a 40+ year old woman.

It's more than just 'hotter', for those of us who like younger women (or for that matter, women who like younger men). I read on RVF a lot Russian girls go on trips to Turkish and Egyptian beaches. There's no shortage of Russians in certain parts of Thailand too.
