I found a couple of videos recently regarding Tantra and thought I'd share them here.

Some women are much more stimulated mentally than physically.

I'm fascinated by the whole tantra thing. Part of me thinks its kinda fake the whole comming without comming and men having multiple orgasms and all that stuff, everything I've heard and learned in terms of biology makes that no possible however who knows.

One thing about tantra which is true is that when you masterbate a lot and dont come, when you eventually do it will be a lot stronger, like a superorgasm. Also I think biologically speaking it is possible to come inside your mind but without any sperm coming out, so there might be something to it, but I am still waiting to hear from a true tantra master who is not selling something related. The thing is, the ejaculation is actually without coming at all! I know men who do not ejaculate at all, but they still orgasm. So it is possible to train the body to do that, however, I personally think that ejaculation is good sometimes and think Mantak Chia goes a bit far in not recommending ejaculation ever.

I do think that consistent ejaculation is harmful. And I see a lot of young guys with grey hairs and low energy!

Testosteron builds up untill the 7th day if im not mistaken, so I assume it would be healthy to masturbate every 8th day to maximalize energy and muscle growth. However, if you do the fap and dont come scenario, I'm sure testosteron rises faster, but not sure until when.

I think it really depends on the individual, a lot of men say that their energy and presumably testostorone increase over time. I generally feel a build up of energy till the 8th day, and then around the 14th day or so feel a flagging of energy, which only returns after ejaculation. There is some sort of benefits to ejaculation to my mind, somehow it seems to release hormones and effect neurotransmitters and this sort of stuff.

This graph states that the hotter the women, the more you ejaculate and so the better the reset would mean, the better the state of health. At least, that is my theory.

But it is not just about physical hotness, you might not get a good ejaculation with a 9 and get a massive squirt from a 7. It just depends on the depth and sexual nature of the woman.

When I experimented with trying to stop myself from ejaculating by flexxing my
pubococcygeus muscle(muscle you use to stop urine midstream) I could sometimes get this to work. It would also have the side effect of not going soft afterwards and the head of my penis would not be sensitive afterwards.

I would basically flex and stop thrusting briefly each time I was about to come. It was honestly a lot of work and you would have to decide whether or not you think it is worth the effort.

I have tried the same thing and yes it works, it delays the ejaculation but also the orgasm, even though you get really tiny tiny orgasms out of it.

Either way no matter how many times you do this, when you feel the big boom coming and you let it come, you will orgasm but ejaculate as well.

So how do you really orgasm without ejaculating? Do you have to not orgasm at all and settle for the small little orgasms?

I know there are some people that talk about not having orgasm when having sex, this is by personal preference. They speak of many esoteric shit around this topic, and how it can alter and change your sexual prowess or attitude, which I can actually understand somehow. But I really don't see many guts sacrificing their nut for that.
