Blondest are Estonian, hottest are Lithuanian IMHO. Latvian are in-between though the girls look very similar in all 3 Baltic states and can pass easily for each other. You sometimes have slight differences due to the Russian minorities, especially in Latvia.

The question you have to really ask yourself is if it's worth going to Tallinn, Riga, or Vilnius nowadays as the places are overrun with stag-parties and "sex tourists". If you go to any of these countries I recommend skipping the capitals and going to tier 2 cities such as Klaipeda. Fewer bitch shields and higher foreigner exotic factor.

And linguistically, what would you advice? Learning Lithuanian for Lithuania, Estonian for Estonia and Latvian for Latvia, or speaking Russian alone would suffice?
