So some woman on a a righteous mission to end so-called street harassment in Minnesota has started filming herself walking to and from work and then confronting anyone she decides is harassing her. Some of it is catcalling but a lot of it is just compliments in passing. He claim is that no woman wants to receive compliments from strangers. I think what she means is that the men shooting compliments her way aren't the one's that give her tingles, therefore it's creepy...
