The past two years I've smoked almost every day except for a period I went on vacation (4months last year, 2 months this year)
I had no issue going from every day to stone cold sober (hardly drink alcohol) for months.
Granted I'm a light smoker, I usually smoke a joint a few hours before going to bed. I have tried smoking during the day and I honestly can't comprehend how people function doing that every day, wasn't even fun for me.
I've thought about quitting it all but truth is it's fun to relax with it sometimes, also my friends continue to smoke so there's that.
I am thinking of limiting it to 3/4 days a week, seems healthy
