Brainstorming ideas to get perks of a "centrally located apartment" for cheap (in DC)

I am trying to think of a less expensive way to get some of the benefits of having a nice, centrally located apartment.
For example, I like saving money on a cheaper place to live. I try to tell myself with the thousands I'm saving, I can afford to take more girls on dates, can pay for more cabs, and can afford flights to South America and Asia and so on, but the truth is there are just some situations that you cannot experience in your day to day life without having access to a nice apartment in a great location. I even remember in a thread about the strongest part of everyone's game, Roosh quipped that his was his "centrally located apartment."
It's common knowledge that logistics is an essential part of getting fast sex with hot girls.
"Hey, want to go for a walk?" "Let's get some fresh air" "Wanna go outside for a bit?" "Let's just drop by my place for a quick drink - my apartment is two blocks from here" etc. are all a lot more organic, smoothly flowing and conducive to hamstering and plausible deniability than the make-or-break moment of asking a girl to step into an Uber with you. Of course, this applies to meeting a girl that same night as well as being able to go on dates in cool parts of the city, rather than trying to convince girls to go to the one or two bars in your crappy area.
Another factor is that having a nice apartment is also pretty essential to getting with high value girls that don't really like bringing back guys to have sex with them at their own places (roommates judging, live with families or whatever). But if all you have is a room in a shitty group house in a shitty neighborhood, you might feel lame trying to bring her back to a place like that to get in her pants and she might not even be down to come out to wherever you are to meet.
A third factor is that insta-dates where you end up bringing a girl back to your place from day-gaming is impossible if you are in a crappy area.
In DC or other expensive cities, can we think of a hack to get some of the benefits of these nice centrally located apartments without having to each sign 12 year leases on $2000/month apartments?
For example, most of us only need a nice apartment in the moment we're trying to bring a hot girl back to it to have sex with her the first time. The rest of the time it's fine to just live wherever and save money.
Here are the ideas I've brainstormed so far..
Normal ideas:
1) Living in a group house in a nice location and that is cheap due to its age -- solves the problem of "hey let's go for a walk" but not really of having a place to bring back high value girls. Plus, you still have to deal with 4-5 housemates judging my womanizing, lack of A/C, old appliances etc
2) Trying to rent a place for a few weekends via airbnb -- very expensive ($125+ per night in DC) and tough to explain to a girl why she can't be at your apartment the days when you don't have access to it or if the owner takes it off of the site
3) Trying to rent a place just for weekends via a long-term contract -- maybe there is someone who only needs his apt for Mon to Fri and spends the weekends out of town? Could be nice to have access over many months to the same apt, even if it's just certain Fridays and Saturdays, and you would expect to get a discount via a long-term contract. I am interested in this possibility.
Crazy ideas:
4) Creating some sort of RVF timeshare where someone gets a lease for a nice apartment but a group of RVF members agree to share the costs and split up the days in the month; that way everyone would have access to a nice apartment on an occasional basis without having to bear the full costs. You could plan your dates and your nights that you go out around the days that you have access to the timeshare - ha!
5) A mentorship/wingman program where RVF forums with nice apartments and beginner-level game team up with members with good game and crappy apartments -- obviously the quid pro quo would be the guys with great game give advice and go out together as wingmen and the guys with the sweet pads provide the place to bring the girls back to that they meet together. Could be a win-win situation for guys with great game and great lifestyles to complement each other's strengths to both be more successful with women. (Anyone in DC interested? I may have suggested this before in threads on mentorship.)
Keep in mind this thread is trying to figure out creative ways to get some of the benefits of a nice centrally located apartment without all of the costs. I suppose that discussion of the pros/cons of spending $1600+ on rent would be interesting, but only if you explain the actual cost-benefit ratio in your lives and share specific anecdotes of how it seemed to be worth it (or not) instead of just responding like "duh, how about you just quit being so poor and cheap." In my case, if I went out every night, I could really take advantage of a great apt to bang tons of girls, but I've got other priorities in my life (work, health, saving money, etc.) that make bedding new women a high priority but not the only thing that matters. (Not to mention -- I'm trying to keep an eye on my cost-per-notch ratio!)
Let me know what you guys think. I'm interested in #1, #3 and #5 mainly.
Other ideas:
6) RVF roommate matching service -- just plain old living together with other people who are in the same mindset without any of the trickiness of the timeshare idea. Not only are RVF members not going to judge me for having a different girl every week, they'd probably be cool to go out with too.
7) Having access to a non-apartment space in a prime location, like an empty office or something. How many girls would rather get it on in an empty office instead of taking a cab to your apt in a so-so neighborhood?
