I'm not a big fan of the 1-10 scale. I wouldn't say a 9 gets my dick harder than a 6 or a 7. If she passes the almighty boner test then she's good enough for sex.

I tend to asses and group women into 5 categories:

1. Doable - She's fun or physically attractive enough to bang on a regular basis. Not necessarily relationship material but ok to be seen with in public.

2. Dateable - Doable + Low Maintence + Attractive enough to impress your friends. You'd bring her around your family.

3. Marriage material - Unfortunately many guys catch a case of the feelings(one-itis) and automatically put women in this category. No woman is marriage material when you first meet her unless she comes with a hefty dowery All others must prove themselves by pleasing their man at least 2-3 years in an LTR. I think it takes at least that long to see if "the crazy" shows itself. LTRs are really long term male shit tests to women to assess their mental stabily and (cough cough) morals.

4. Friend - Our version of the friend zone. A woman with no sex appeal who is annoying to be around for the most part but has social connections to pretty girls. I would buy a friend a drink at the bar over a doable or dateable girl. She can open doors to different social circles for you to explore. A girl you would introduce or pass off to a friend to bang.

5. Acquaintance - Lowest level of male/female relationship. Would not bang. No pretty friends. Brings nothing but her muffin top to the table.

This sounds about right. I mean, I don't really have much experience with category 3 women, but the other two are pretty much dead on.

I propose a section 6: "drunk mistake." Would not bang sober, but banged her drunk.

These categories are pretty good, I think its better than the 1-10 scale as people have different ideas for what constitutes each number. Where as these are pretty clear cut.

I'd add another type of girl to the friends category, a girl who's dating your friend but you actually get along with as well (as a friend haha)

So check this out, I've been thinking about this lately and I have discovered a new category. I began identifying them as bum girls. A bum girl is essentially a slouch. She could be hot as fuck but if she has nothing going on the most she'll get is a stain on her pillow case and I'm out by daylight.

Bum girls meet the following criteria:
They do not hold cool, value added, or high paying, jobs. They do not live in ideal places or have ideal flow to their life, do not create interest, and are burden to me.

I feel it's important for men to recognize bum girls because they will either require you to pull them up to your status and thus suck energy and spark from your life or they will drag you down into their shit hole of a world.

The one caveat distinguishing a bum girl from a non bum girl is her willingness and ability to please you. She is feminin, will cook, clean, and take your shoes off when you come home from work. These girls may posses no skills of the modern world and may not be as hot as a bum 10, however they receive much more attention from me. Especially as I get older.

In conclusion, No matter how hot a bum girl is I try to avoid them if possible.

Anyway scale shmale. Most all men universally understand the 1-10 scale already so it's the most useful scale as far as I'm concerned. I can meet any random dude and say a girl is a "solid 8" or "Dude she's like a 4; 5 at best" and I can be confident they'll know what I'm talking about. If I say "she's a 3" a dude certainly wouldn't think I was saying she was marriage material or bangable in any way shape or form.

From 5< it merely becomes a question of how willing you are to keep a broad in your life. I will put up with more shit from a girl who is higher on the scale because she is pleasing to looking at and share the bed with.

Example: Last week I fucked a 5.5 (I might be able to call her a 6 but I have a special distaste for chunky/overweight girls). She was very sweet and eager to please. Gave me one of the best BJ's of my life honestly, and baked me brownies - all on the first date. Total pleaser, but she was only barely bangable so I care close to 0% about keeping her around. I got the notch and have not called or texted her since.

On the other hand, there is this 8 I have been banging that is easily more of a pain in the ass to deal with. My categories, from best to worse...

#1 - Marriage material
Those girls are the perfect girl that I'd like to see as a mother for my kids. She absolutely needs to be a virgin, and be at least 7.5 on the scale. Her family must be complete with both parents married and having no other kids with another partner. She can work, cook, massage, and a stable mood. Must also have completed university. In Thailand, there are a lot more than we can think. I'll seeing one at the moment and considering making her my true LTR.

#2 - Upper-shelf harem material
Those girls are girls who fall shy of a few criterias to be categorized as #1. For example, it can be a very good lady with education, complete family, but not virgin. Or can also be a girl that has everything, but is the daughter of a single mom. Those girl get a storage space in my Harem Storage Cabinet and get benefits like meals, drinks, hospital visits when sick, etc. They can occasionally be invited to join my buddies when we go a group activity.

#3 - Lower-shelf harem material
Those girls are girls that look acceptable and are fun to bang, but will never be more than a place. I call them for booty calls, or going for drinks when my buddies aren't available. All items forgotten in my home to straight to the garbage. They might, occasionally and if they are nice, get a meal for good behavior. They don't get to meet my buddies, but will get some good time anyway.

#4 - ONS material
Those girls are acceptably cute but crazy / broken girls, such as single moms, club sluts, etc. that get kicked out after the sex is done. I rarely see them again, as it's often more trouble than it's worth.

#5 - All others
Those girls don't fit in any category above. It can include fatties, and any girl that, for some reason, I'll never bang.
