Agreed but if OP doesn't consider himself worthy of the elite hot girls (a lot of guys don't) then it comes down to what he wants.
He can settle down with a girl like this and leave her once he gets the confidence to move up the ladder or she could turn hotter than him and she leaves him.
Girls who become fit get so drunk off the attention, it is very rare they revert to their fat ways.
The underlying problem is much larger OP, if you are thinking about such investments. You might as well go buy a racehorse, train it and make some money. Hell, you would probably fuck more 'hot' (seeing as this is the most important to you) girls at the racetrack.
