I'm thinking that a boot camp might be a good idea to take my game to the next level. Does anyone recommend a company/vendor/program?
Do companies still do these any more?

All the OG's, Style, Mystery, Tyler, Lovedrop and the new jacks like Simple Pick Up and Tom Torero offer bootcamps. There are lots of guys out there.
They're all going to teach you to
- eat well, work out, dress well, be more social
- how to get over your approach anxiety, escalation anxiety
- find a nice young lady
- walk up to her
- talk to her
- open her for conversation
- show your attractive side
- transition
- deal with obstacles
- get her one on one
- get positive results, like making her a new member of your bible study group! (Score one for Jesus!)
Everyone has different names for each stage, different ways to think about it, different tricks, arguments with different schools of thought, but by and large that's what you learn.
The advantage is that they're going to push you in a way that you don't push yourself. Secondarily, you'll get immediate feedback from an expert, who can correct what you do.
Some of them even give post-bootcamp support.
You'll get the bootcamp high and be an approach machine cause you're drawing from recent memory, but a couple weeks later, when you're not excited about going out on another Thursday night, you'll wonder about the lasting benefits.
Compare that to a raw athlete joining a team and training for the season. Coach is constantly there, as well as your team mates.
So if you really want to get to that next level, you're going to have to design something that allows you to put the practice in, get the feedback, and maintain your focus.
A wing man?
A bunch of guys into pick up (don't recommend this necessarily)
A realistic schedule?
Up to you.
