Working standing up 'good for health'
I've been working standing up for years.
You don't notice how beneficial it is until you do it for a few months and then try sitting down for longer than an hour.
It's kind of like going to a float tank/isolation chamber for the first time.
When you're in there you think it's fucking whack.
You get restless.
And then for a few days after you're super chill and attuned to your surroundings, which you realize is because of the 90 minutes you spent floating.
There's a TON of research (google it) on just how awful sitting down is for you.
But you can personally verify how crappy it feels by giving standing up a trial run for a few weeks and then go back to sitting.
